15 minutes to check in, mixed with people reclaiming stored baggage. Pre paid booking wife unable to checkin until I arrived with bags and then instead on ID because of potential fraud. Not a great arrival

Overall a beautifully clean hotel. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Good location on edge of city near to motorways. Breakfast very good. Moans - waiting staff didnt clear our table while eating breakfast on any of our four mornings. Built up a nasty pile of dirty dishes in front of us. Waiting staff not attentive to tables. Due to lack of staff attention all the guests had to borrow cutlery and crockery from adjacent tables. Not a good look.

Stayed here as a couple for 2 nights. Rooms lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Car park was only couple of mins away too. Would definitely stay again
