The hotel is very nice, modern and spacious. The breakfast was fabulous and the rooftop pool small but lovely. But what sets this place apart is the customer service. There was an issue with our room booking in that we had booked a triple but the hotel doesn't actually have one...Mr Molula and his staff went out of their way to resolve the situation and continued to be extremely attentive throughout our stay to both myself and my parents in law who were also staying. They made our stay feel very special.
