Dear Robert P., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am truly sorry to hear about the problems you encountered during your recent stay. This is certainly not the experience we want to provide for our guests, and I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that caused these problems. I have personally contacted our maintenance team with your concerns to ensure that the minibar and room fan are repaired quickly and that measures are taken to prevent a recurrence of these problems in the future. I would just like to point out that yes I mentioned to you at check-out, the rooms do not have a refrigerator in the general sense of the word only a mini-bar to ensure the right temperature for the products that are in it. We really value your input and hope that you will allow us to rectify the situation and restore faith in our hotel. If you decide to give us another chance, I will be happy to help make your next stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
