well located, good decor

overall it was an average trip and we had a good short trip away from the city. although the hotel was short of staff hence facilities were not well taken care of ie pool was full of dead bugs at some area (children's area) on Monday noon; restaurant meals were facilitated differently than noticed because the other restaurant was closed for no reason; reception line was rarely picked up, emails were never answered, no manager was seen on site... we hope there will be more improvements should we visit next time.

Staffs are not friendly and sometimes rude. Food is mediocre at best. Room and facilities are good.
