Dear familytravels27, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet the high standards typically associated with our brand, particularly during such a busy holiday period. We understand that the condition of your accommodations and the service provided left much to be desired. Your comments about the layout of the bathroom and the lack of shower gel are certainly noted. We strive to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and that our guests' needs are promptly addressed. We regret that we fell short in these areas. Additionally, we appreciate your observations about the pool and beach seating, as well as the service you received from our staff. Your remarks will be shared with our management team to improve our service delivery, especially during peak times.
