Hello, I was very pleased with your hotel. Your employees are very friendly, especially Mr. Mohamed Abosaba, the driver of your hotel, thank you very much.he's a wonderful person.my advice to you is definitely not to order a taxi outside the hotel

All though we have stayed here on many occasions, this by far was the worst, we stayed at the beach side for the first time, our room was very dated the toilet kept getting stuck on constant flush which we had to keep fixing. The cleaner didn’t clean room properly. But worst of all were the Russians dominating the bars,rude & constantly drunk and fighting! We spent most nights being entertained in the Novotel even though we were all inclusive ! The staff there were amazing will defo book there for next year. It certainly put the promenade hotel to shame on all levels
