Friendly and happy staff and attentive service, a warm and friendly welcome, which continued through to our evening meal, excellent food, and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice, with happy attentive staff. The Hotel was running like a well oiled machine. We really enjoyed our 3days and would recommend this hotel, and will be returning at a future date. Thank You to everyone who made a visit to Oxford a Happy and Relaxing Break.

We arrived a were shown a room we did not like (111). No windows and smelt of damp - we asked for a different option and after a few minutes in reception and being told the hotel was fully booked, the member of staff said he would see what he could do. He consulted with the reservation team and we were offered a lovely alternative room. Many Thanks for this. We did not use any of the other facilities or eat at the Hotel, so can not comment on these.

Good car parking, polite staff, and a nice room. Well located for the city; a 45 minute riverside walk or £10 in a taxi. And breakfast was really good, too.
