Lindsey G Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our 4 week Thailand trip. Location is great. Set back off the road so quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Drinking water provided. Breakfast was OK, nice coffee! Rooftop pool was great and clean. Reception sorted laundry which was a bonus and our airport transfer. Would recommend!

I recently stayed at the Ibis Silom, and I must say that my experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the staff at reception. Beam tong Nemo Sam, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made a difference in my stay. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for the top-notch service!

This hotel is modern, clean and vibrant. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the massive atrium style reception. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fresh and decor is lovely. Breakfast was tasty. Rooftop pool is fantastic - it gets the sun pretty much all day and there is a brilliant vibe up there too, drinks from the bar are on the pricey side though — one thing I will add about the pool is that there could be more sun loungers! There are only 4, the rest are chairs. The location is second to none, the hotel is just set back from Silom road, with a 7/11 about 10 steps away, the sky train station only about a 5 minute walk away, and of course - Soi 4 is just across the road. You can't get better than that!

We booked a standard room with city view on purpose. Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to Superior with Atrium View. This was disappointing. That is not an upgrade even if the room might be a bit bigger.

Safe well located, close to transport and friendly hotel staff.
