Very nicely presented hotel We stayed breakfast only which was a buffet loads of choice and very nice but bit chaotic as its a big room and things dotted all over. Room was kept nice and clean only thing I wasn't keen on was the bathroom which was only separated from the rest of the room by a mirror. Grounds are beautiful and pool bar staff very nice but there's only about 6 beds that get sun and even though there's a no reserve policy on the beds ,some people ignored this so they could have the prime beds ,all the rest are basically in the shade ,so if you want to lounge by the pool I wouldn't say this is the hotel for you 😀

The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by extremely friendly and efficient reception staff. Our room was well located overlooking the pool. The room itself had been totally re-furbished, but left a lot to be desired, it was completely "Open Plan" by that I mean the Bathroom facilities were open for everyone to see , with no privacy ! getting in and out of the shower or even having a wash was difficult. There is limited storage space, i.e. no drawers, the bedside tables were of no use whatsoever with everything having to be placed on the floor. The bed itself was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. The dining area was very nice with a good variety of food choices on offer. The staff in the dining room were excellent. My main dislike was the continuous background music??? from early morning until 10 pm at night. If people want music I think they will have their own to listen to. Our overall experience of the hotel was positive and would probably return again.
