It Got From Bad to Worsr

Pay 50 euros extra for early checkin. Arrive and the room is not ready. Return 2 hours later. There is no front desk by the way. Only a person sitting at the bar with a laptop. Get your room key and find out that the elevator has been out of service for several days.Your room is on the 5th floor. You are 77 years old with arthritis. Ask for a room on a lower floor. Your told none available. The hotel is sold out. Turn out it is almost EMPTY. Get to the room. It stinks of cigarette smoke and filthy carpet. Try the shower and the ceramic water faucet falls off and shatters on the shower floor. This is a Mecure from hell. Close to the train station. But beware.

I would just like to tell you that your check-in was done at 9:34 a.m. and that we did not charge you for the early check-in. In addition, it is true that our elevator was broken that morning but it was repaired at noon. We also offered to take your luggage up to the 5th floor, and I took it up myself.
