Hotel was in a great location. Close to 2 train lines, restaurants and many famous sites in Paris. The hotel's staff were friendly and rooms were clean.

Overall a good hotel. Great location and nice decor. Rooms look new and bright. However falls short on some basics. Hotel did not allow the regulation of room temperature. Requested to use AC on a day that it was 26 degrees and was told can’t use AC until May though other hotels allow it. Quality of towels is bad. They can easily upgrade this feature - they are thin and small.

Great location; however the room configuration was cramped. Access Elevator was extremely narrow. Breakfast was average. The property seemed relatively old!

It's a fine hotel but it didn't meet expectations. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Rooms were dated which i can accept, I would have liked to have had a real coffee machine rather than instant. The air conditioning units were also disabled, the air was stuffy and hot at night which made sleeping uncomfortable. The beds were quite comfortable though, however the duvet was a heavy winter grade which further made it feel hot at night. One morning during our stay there was no hot water for the entire building which meant cold showers for everyone. When I raised this issue with the desk no explanation or compensation was offered just a simply 'sorry, it will be fixed by tomorrow'. Maid service missed one of our rooms one day but we're cleaned every other day.

We really enjoyed our stay found the location of the hotel very easy to access public transport. The staff decorated our room for partners birthday and I felt they went above and beyond. The only thing that stopped me giving a score of 9 or 10 was our hotel room had damp damage to the entrance of the bathroom which wasn’t great to see. Also on our last day we left our luggage in their baggage room and when we retrieved the suitcase the lock had been damaged I raised this as a concern with the member of staff on the front desk and they just seemed very uninterested in my complaint. Such a shame to leave the hotel on a sour not considering up until that point we found the staff so lovely and beyond helpful.
