Just got back from an amazing stay at Raffles Resort and I honestly can't stop talking about it! Everything was absolutely perfect, the facilities are top-notch and the people make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. If you're looking for a place where everything just clicks, the amenities, the atmosphere, and the warm hospitality, Raffles Resort is it. Can't wait to come back

The villa was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the property itself. However, our experience was affected by several service-related issues. The room service hotline, particularly the room dining service, was not supportive. Our orders were often ignored, and several requests were forgotten, which was disappointing. The PA speakers in the living room were not working properly, and the sound coverage was limited. More importantly, we experienced a very uncomfortable and frightening situation involving a member of the housekeeping staff, whose behavior appeared inappropriate and unprofessional. The incident made us feel uneasy and turned what should have been a relaxing evening into a stressful and unpleasant experience. That said, we would like to sincerely thank the Security Manager and his Deputy, who handled the situation professionally and provided exceptional support. Their prompt response, understanding, and efforts to resolve the issue were greatly appreciated and helped us feel safer during a difficult situation.

My experience was marred by: - Slow service, especially at night time - Many mosquitoes on the premises - that was annoying - Unclean and neglected pool area with broken mosaic tiles (room #906) - Room service food was unappetizing and caused stomach issues (specifically, the Mushroom soup made my mom sick) These issues need attention to improve the overall guest experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa with our kids. It was very comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the swimming pool was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

The pool in the villa was not clean at all, there were many white particles and even bird feathers floating in it. Unfortunately, the indoor cleanliness was not much better, as there were noticeable stains on several pieces of furniture, including the long sofa and the single chairs. Also, the “welcoming treat” was just one tart even though we were three guests. Very generous ☻
