Location is excellent for shopping and transfer to airport/Seoul station. Room was good, staff were friendly but breakfast was really bad. The same food is served everyday and the worst thing is the food is cold and not heated.

Really comfortable room and convenient to roam around in Hongdae. The Size of the room is in acceptable size as it is in the busy district. But it's not a business stay-over kinda room. It is comfortable, nice and clean bed, Shower separated from toilet room. Didn't have time to use any facility. With 'All member' exclusive room upgraded and late check out make this stay impressive.

I’m very disappointed to discover that several items I bought in Korea were missing from my luggage after our stay. We always double-check our room before leaving. I hope this can be taken seriously. I dont have any problems with the location, hotel services. Everything is great except we are missing stuffs.
