Disappointed that room not ready until 1615 on arrival. Contacted the manager by e-mail & received a call later in response reiterating the service recovery options of a free 10 minute message, breakfast discount voucher (available to all guests at check-in) with a further option if a late checkout. I would have considered a complimentary breakfast more appropriate. The room was comfortable & very well-maintained, the staff courteous & polite. A good airport hotel option despite the need to take a shuttle. Excellent & impressive pool.
