Ótimo! Alem do transfer gratuito a estrutura, café da manhã e serviços do hotel são excelentes! Só o barulho da rodovia que me incomodou um pouco pois meu quarto foi voltado pra frente. Mas o hotel é excelente! Cama, roupa de cama otimas tbm e cobertor cheiroso!

I was booking a Portugal hotel. Inside the booking, they changed language to portugese, offered me an opportunity to book at another IBIS hotel "IN BRAZIL".I accidentally booked... and realized it was wrong hotel when confirmation came in English (seconds later). I knew it was a non cancellable reservation. I immediately the hotel... and then as they told me i contacted customer service I wasn't surprised ... they wouldn't let me cancel. That's ok. But, again... customer service made clear that this is something that frequently happens, and I felt they were quite rude. I'm a travel guy with 4 million views 50+ countries (figure it out "like and subscribe"). I hope my ad will urge EXTREME CAUTION the readers from using your booking site. Book directly or book another hotel. I lost about $70, IBIS, my bad reviews will IMPACT you much more than that (hotels tell me people reference my recommendations, nearly everywhere I go). I don't write a lot of bad reviews (lifetime less than 10 maybe less than 5). But that trick of using third parties, to claim theres nothing you can do? ... shame on you... my viewers hate stuff like that. There are usually better options. Hotel might be fine. I'm proving a point... bad practices will hurt a fine hotel chain like IBIS... when people you trust (me) don't trust you anymore. Was it worth it? Obviously my credit card ate the charge. IBIS stop that practice.

Front desk guys need training,very cold looks like the are miserable. now the grils very good , super happy treat guests like it should. The rooms didn't have covers for the beds only sheets , front desk guys were very annoyed because people was asking for covers. Tv needs to be fixed, the image of the channels are super fuzzy!
