Hello, we stayed two nights at the Mercury St.Julians and i can’t say we are satisfied …the First night was Okay and even the breakfast had more oprions, but the second one was a disaster…we travelled with 6y old boy and they have us a room on the 1st floor with so called “balcony” which was led on the main noisy street …room number 111, neither the doors of the balcony nor the curtains didn’t absorb the noises…we couldn’t sleep till 23:30 and then Contacted reception, the girl found the free room we went there to check and !!!!! IT had only one bed , so how we were supposed to sleep there? Why didnt they even suggest us an upgrade? We were ready to pay , but to have a calm night… Fortunately we didn’t bring any luggage to that new room , and just went to see first…of course we stayed in the same room , tired snd Angry, the party on the street was till 1 am….and we fell asleep anyhow , but at 6/7 am the truck came to the entance of hotel and it was super noisy! :( Okay, after we Mađe a check our my husband wanted to work a ciuple of hours but the main floor was almost closed and noisy! as they started polishing the floor in the main area …😂so we are absolutely lucky , sorry but when we come back In spring we would rather choose another hotel …

I loved my room. It was spacious with everything I could ask for and more. The staff was genuinely friendly - professional yet personable. The breakfast was first class, and I loved the location. I had a superb 3 nights at the Mercure. Thank you!

A short walk up the side street, our 3 days in Malta were so memorable. The reception had a converter for our electric uses, the small bar was manned by an exceptionally friendly lady, the view from the roof was breathtaking! Each day started with a wonderful breakfast featuring everything you could want, including fresh squeezed OJ.

Great location of the hotel with a great view from 8th floor. The only disappointing thing is the breakfast. At first looked great but taste of bread, coffee, sausages, eggs was really bad. I dont think I ever had worse breakfast at the hotel. You really need to improve that.
