Room amenities were not enough. Even though we stayed as double occupancy, they placed only 1 bottles of water. We have informed the front office regarding water request, they informed us that it is the normal procedure that they place only 1 bottle of of water!

Well located, but needs some refreshing

For one night; I had a meeting in the hotel in the morning and a visit at the Antwerp Expo (very close) in the afternoon, therefore my choice for this hotel for one night stay. Good front desk; good breakfast; large room and bed. Good Wifi connection. Well located close to the tram lines 2 and 6, with quick transfer to the city center and railway station. However not straightforward to find on the Desguinlei. I did not test the bar, looks good but no time during this stay. Bathroom is ok but needs some refreshing. Overall price/quality good.

Hairs in the shower, ventilation that hasn't been cleaned in years (i have photo) and thermostat in shower that doesn't seem to work because either cold or very hot. No pressure in shower.

Breakfast is good, well located, some improvments needed.

WIFI in the room was not stable, need faster speed,same as in the breakfast areas. TV should have chromecast capabilities. Bathroom shower water pressure is very low.

Great stay - excellent room and friendly, helpful staff

Just an brief overnight stay with my family. The location is perfect for a quick tram ride into the centre and the room and breakfast also equally great! Ali at reception was particularly welcoming and made my family and I feel special. Thanks Ali! The only slight downside was that the rooms cooling system was weak, so I could not get the room to my ideal temperature. Apart from that little gripe, it was wonderful and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.
