A slight comparison with your neighbour Hotel NH. Price is almost the same. Location was equally good. No dedicated car park for Mercure. Reception is welcoming and informative around the hotel. Advising on the parking as well as groceries location. House keeping to be more attentive as the body shower gel was flat for a day before I’ve to signal it. The Shampoo pump is having a problem on the last few drops. I hope that this feedback can help to establish a new competitive edge among the competitors. Thank you.

Hotel on itself was fine for the short time of stay there but there parking was 200 meters away from the hotel, this wasn't mentioned in the description nor the app of All Accor!

Despite a convenient location, and a modern design, there is a serious lack of upkeep and staff professionalism. My second time here, same problems.
