Rixos The Palm Luxury Süit Koleksiyonu 5 yıldız

We came here for our honeymoon from 13th November for 6 nights. We loved it from the moment we turned up to the moment we left. There’s a lot to like about this hotel and I still don’t feel like we even saw the whole thing. We only booked into one of the A La Carte restaurants the steak house which the food was exceptional and we had a live singer on that night. The pool is massive and wasn’t too cold and we had some lovely service from Frederick at the swim up bar, it’s a shame you overlook the back of the fridges there though which someone had mentioned on here before, would have been nice for a frontage there so it just looks a bit nicer. The Buffett restaurant was nice on most occasions ( I personally wasn’t keen on the breakfast options) but that was just me I do want to say how much I thought the staff in all areas were incredible, we always felt welcome and all our needs were met at all times. Extremely friendly and caring people. We would 100% come back here as felt we could have stayed longer really and thee view from our balcony was worth it!

We are just back from 7 nights at the Rixos Palm Dubai and we had a fabulous relaxing holiday. Superb ultra all inclusive!! Very high standards all round but we have to say the housekeeping, poolside and bar and restaurant staff really made our stay very special. We loved "small" Javed, now my friend, who was everywhere with his friendliness and charm. Food was amazing. Buffet restaurants all amazing variety and best quality. Coffee shop really good and all a la carte restaurants FAB. Plenty of places to sit and relax, drinks poolside and beaches. Activities were exceptional. Sports team were our All-Stars, with lovely Ekaterina in charge and on all sports, Aqua box - Cheikh and Pilates - Hande - staff all very high standard and warm, friendly and knowledgeable........ all in all a very high quality holiday ... we loved Dubai too ... we will be back to this hotel ..Soon Thought for the management from ourselves and many other guests we got to know. Its accepted that this is also a family resort but we all felt there needed to be a little control over children in the main pool bar area with Alcohol being served, and that especially in the a la Carte restaurants there should be a curfew for very young, and sometimes very disruptive children, dont let it become like a noisy Spanish holiday resort. Keep a high standard please.

really good gym and amazing trainers (Cheikh)from exclusive sport club would really reacomend also really good food and amazing pool i had a lot of fun in this hotel i also used the water sports such as the jet ski and many more

This was our second visit to the Rixos palm and like my previous review this place is outstanding. We liked the addition of the indoor bar which allows you to have a drink out of the heat. We stayed for two weeks and made use of all the restaurants and facilities. The only disappointment was they stopped the paddle boarding due to the heat. However they were starting again at the end of the month, but sadly not in time for us to enjoy it. Staff are amazing and all recognised us from our previous visit. It really felt like coming home. Yasin the toro loco manager, what a fab bloke again looked after us very well. Staff around the pool brilliant but just special mention to Shar, Goksel and saban all work really hard to make your day special. Mathew in guest relations went over and above sorting out my wife prescription when she was poorly. And last but not least Jarvis. What a man always putting a smile on peoples faces and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you again Rixos for wonderful holiday

We returned again, great experience. Sports Exclusive club is great. Whole team, especially Cheikh - who is so kind and patient with kids. All the service is so great, like nowhere in the world! Will be coming back for sure.
