A superb hotel that does not disappoint. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite that was unbelievable and was home from home. The hotel facilities including the all inclusive premium option is fantastic and is one of the best we have stayed in as family in Dubai. The stand out at this hotel is the service and the friendliness of the staff. We found that all of the bars and restaurants have an attentive manager that works closely with their staff to ensure that you receive impeccable service from the moment you arrive. A special mention must go to Pradeep who look after us during our stay as if we were family and made our visit so special. Always at hand to make arrangements for dinner or advise us on how to have the best possible experience throughout the hotel. A true expert in customer service and a consummate professional. We would highly recommend the hotel for families or for a special couples break.

The Hotel was verry nice. But the sport atraction of Exlusive Sports Club are very good and intensive. The gym was very clean all the time and you can train there enything that you need. OUT OF THIS WORLD BEST HOLIDAY EVER, an amazing hotel, staff were so nice and attentive nothing was too much trouble they really do go out of their way to make your holiday special. Lovely pools, amazing restaurants our 2 bed family suite was outstanding with the most amazing views. You really wont be disappointed if you decide to holiday here its a brilliant hotel

Stayed during Easter holidays as a family of 4. We had a nice holiday however I was comparing the hotel to IKOS - who do the very best at All Inclusive and it just didn’t match them. Here is some of what I found to be the good and bad Nice spacious room with modern decor however smell of drains from the shower. Mentioned to reception 3 times and never rectified. Feather cover on sofa bed asked for this to be changed again 3 times. Nice beach Sun loungers have metal arms which get very hot in the sun Pool service hit and miss Al la carte restaurants were good with good service. Not enough choice in Bodrum for lunch. Very repetitive food for lunch. Breakfast buffet restaurant was quite dated and felt more 3 star than 5 star Bar 21 was lovely with amazing service Reception staff not overly warm Kids water splash park over the top lifeguards making my children feel they could have no fun even with us there Good live music each evening Again nice time but just not at the start of IKOS hotels
