So far, this is the best ibis budget I've ever experienced with. The room space is the same big as ibis styles in Tokyo. The room amenities were unbelievably sophisticated for Ibis Budget tier. The breakfast buffet served is also good, at least compared to Ibis Budget in Indonesia. The staffs are so friendly and helpful since the check-in process to check-out process.

Aside from the clean rooms and good location I very much appreciated their quick response to all my emails/queries. They allowed us to leave our luggages on our last day so we don't need to bring them around as we go around to do some last minute shopping. I also left my pearl bracelet in my room after check out. When asked, they made arrangements for me to be able to get it back. Great place to stay in Osaka.

The location is not good. The hotel don't even provide 2 bottle of water in the room everyday. The rooms are tiny even by Japan standard. They shouldn't take bookings for 2 Adult + 1 Child reservations.
