Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Looks like it is a new hotel very cool vibe a bit far from “Paris - Paris” but this was my fault to not know well the city to book a closer place. Still have Metro super close to take you everywhere. I have to add on how helpful the receptionists are even though they don’t speak that much English they were always trying to help my stay and making me to feel like at home (that’s what hospitality is about) but the General Manager (Karine Percheron) of this facility for sure has no idea what hospitality means and doesn’t even try to make a good impression. One advised for her and the management - Hospitality is from the beginning until the end of a guest experience otherwise you will never repeat this costumer again in your property like my case that I am coming back to Paris in May. Thanks Receptionists for my stay.

Dear Mr EL A., Thank you for your feedback after your stay in our hotel and for the congrats to our receptionnists. Regarding you comments on my behaviour, I am a little surprise and confused. Indeed if you want to discredit my capacity of management and welcoming by naming me maybe you should then extend the point to what is was about for better understanding. Indeed you have a stay in our hotel and it seems that you have enjoyed it. Few days after your departure we have received a delivery under your name and no contacts and no reservation registered for the coming days. As explained on my email that i have immedialtely sent you, in order to check if you have a new reservation and maybe on another name,for safety processes we could not keep guest's deliveries and specially after their departure. You told us, that you have spoken to 3 personns, but we have had no information registered about that and, as stated, regardinf safety rules are rules with no indulgence. As you may know France is since the beginning of the year in high level of security, in every public space ( like an hotel) no luggage or package should be without property. It is called VIGIPIRATE. Then, on Friday, 3 days after your departure, you came to leave at the hotel in our luggage's room your luggages for the day depsite you have no reservation. The gentle receptionnist went wrong about accepting as our luggage room is only for hotel's guests on arrival or departure. It is a service for free but for the same reasons cited above we could not keep it unduely. For this point, I have also sent you a email to ask you to come back and pick up you personnal effects. I am sorry if my concern about my clients and staff safety were unhospitable for you, but it is my job and responsability also just like welcoming and hospitality matters. Not only for my hotel, but as national autorithies recommandations. It is the rule for my establishmeent as it is also in all the french establishment. Indeed this service is actually no longer available in airports nor train stations for this same reason! It is a shame that you do not appreciate this point and prefer to discredit nominaly someone in her functions, which I assume entirely, whereas your expectings was a little bit abusive don't you think?... As a member, like you say, do not mean that you can do wathever you want, like you want despite the rules of an hotel. Feel free to contact our guest services if needed... It's a very nice hotel in general. Nice staff. Breakfasts could be a bit more varied, as well it would be good to add a bottle of water onto rooms.

Had a pleasant stay with a clean and comfortable room, conveniently situated in the heart of a small shopping center. The only drawback was the breakfast experience; the high volume of guests made it challenging to access the breakfast area. Additionally, the use of low chairs and tables for breakfast wasn't the most comfortable.
