The stay started really well with a very warm welcome from the team. The team was really cordial. The facility was great, very comfortable, spacious and truly built for an experience. Everything was well. But after we checked in, the butler took all scan copies and everything but maybe he didnt take picture of visa copy. I went to have lunch and he started messaging for the visa copy, and it was really annoying at one point couldnt have my lunch properly, had to rush to give him the visa copy. And there was a time was asking for something on the group chat but no one was reachable, even when we tried to call the whatsapp number. Other than these, it was nice.
