The aparthotel looks good on first appearances but during my stay the air conditioning system did not function and even with the window open the room was far too hot. This was reported to staff who indicated it could take 1 full day for the room to cool (nonsense) but after 1 day it was hotter and we moved rooms. The next room was the same, it became progressively hotter while we stayed there and the air conditioning did not work. I sense it was not yet activated for the season by the building but staff did not know that or chose not to say this. In the 2nd room the shower drain was clogged and the safe was not working; both were reported to the staff and fixed. Generally it appears there is little care or attention to the rooms; even though they are well appointed with good kitchen supplies, beds and seating. I am needing to stay in the area again in May and June but will not stay at Aparthotel Adagio Delta for these future visits.

Rooms are hot and A/C doesn’t work

Rooms were hot and uncomfortable even with the thermostat turned all the way down to 5C the room never got below 23C. The shower was also extremely slow to drain. The bright side was Nico who works nights at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Well equipped and cozy room. It would be nice to have a tea bag and a coffee pad upon arrival.
