I am truly sorry to hear about the multiple inconveniences you faced during your stay, particularly with the cleanliness of your room, the condition of the amenities, and the service at the front desk. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and I regret that we fell short of your expectations. I am especially concerned about the issues you mentioned with housekeeping—such as uncleaned hair, improperly washed cups, and towels left unattended—as well as the malfunctioning door lock that was not promptly addressed. Security and cleanliness are critical priorities for us, and I understand how unsettling it must have been to feel insecure and to not receive immediate support from our team. Rest assured, I have escalated your concerns to our Housekeeping and Front Office Managers for immediate action and retraining where necessary. Regarding the duplicate room charge, I apologize for the oversight and the inconvenience it caused. Financial accuracy is of utmost importance, and I am working closely with our accounting team to ensure proper checks are in place to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate you highlighting these matters as it allows us to learn and improve.
