Me n my son had an amazing experience at the Pullman Hill Street hotel recently. From checking in (early check-in at request) to a seamless check-out, the whole stay of 5 days was great. The only downside is the choice of food becomes restricted if you are traveling with kids younger than 18 years as the 2 of three 3 onsite restaurants do not allow kids after 6pm. The staff are very helpful n the hospitality is great.

I do not recommend this hotel for guests staying multiple nights. Hair was not properly cleaned from the floor, and the used cups had visible water stains, showing they hadn’t been washed properly. Even worse, instead of putting them back on the shelf, housekeeping left them beside the Nespresso machine in a narrow gap. The cups weren’t even turned upside down, so dust easily got inside. In the bathroom, only one toilet paper roll was placed across two holders. Used towels left on the sofa were not removed, and hair near the shower drain was never cleaned throughout my entire stay. This experience was a stark contrast to my stay at Swissôtel Singapore.

I am especially concerned about the issues you mentioned with housekeeping—such as uncleaned hair, improperly washed cups, and towels left unattended—as well as the malfunctioning door lock that was not promptly addressed. Security and cleanliness are critical priorities for us, and I understand how unsettling it must have been to feel insecure and to not receive immediate support from our team. Rest assured, I have escalated your concerns to our Housekeeping and Front Office Managers for immediate action and retraining where necessary. Regarding the duplicate room charge, I apologize for the oversight and the inconvenience it caused. Financial accuracy is of utmost importance, and I am working closely with our accounting team to ensure proper checks are in place to prevent this from happening again.
