The nearby street outside the window is very narrow. For privacy reasons, the curtains can't be opened either. It would be better to have slightly thicker window screens that can block the view of people's shadows. The price of the room is actually quite expensive, but breakfast is still not included.

The hotel is at an OK location near to cafes, restaurants, bus and tram transport and the MTR is a few blocks away. The view from the hotel room (at least the one I stayed in) was nothing to shout about, mostly the run-down looking buildings nearby. The interior of the hotel though has nice Japanese Muji aesthetics. The room is tiny for me but probably within general Hong Kong sizes. Breakfast main was made to order which was nice but some options were quite average, while the patisserie were run-of-the-mill quality. Overall service was pleasant and helpful but not exceptional.

We only stayed one night. Views were fabulous.. afternoon tea was added bonus . Wasn't 100% happy with breakfast compared to other hotels I have stayed but it was ok .
