You provided in room tea/coffee but no milk was provided. If we needed anything to contact service desk had to physically go down to foyer, couldn't call via phone/intercom service. TV didn't have any English language stations apart from BBC news.

Please note that our rooms are equipped with tea, coffee, and milk powder for guest convenience. Regarding the phone, as an ibis Styles hotel, rooms are not equipped with telephones. Our reception team is always available in the lobby should guests require any assistance. We also appreciate your comments regarding the TV channel selection and understand that a wider range of English-language channels would improve the guest experience. Special Thanks to Miro, the recepcionist. He was extremely kind and attentive towards our daughters. Our stay was super nice, the breakfast was great and the hotel looks really nice. The only downside is to hear the metro during the night. Thank you so much

The room was a bit too hot and the air contioning didn't work after all as expected. For that room price also a small fridge would be nice to have by default. (I know it is not very usual these days enymore.)
