Welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of guests is at the heart of everything we do. Simply amazing

Fantastic modern hotel in great location on The Palm. Staff very friendly. Hotel kindly supplied a complimentary cake for my daughter's 19th birthday which was a lovely surprise and the cake was delicious! A special shout out and thank you to a wonderful receptionist Louisa who was ever so helpful and kind during our check in process and any time we needed something. Our upgraded room with the view to The Palm was fabulous, bed extremely comfortable and a lovely shower. Kitchen well equipped, really enjoyed fresh coffee on the balcony every morning. Breakfasts sensational - so much to choose from and always plenty of food available. Swimming pool and the sun loungers were great, beach was nice too except it had quite a few sharp rocks when you were entering the sea. DJ was very good even though on day 8 of our stay we were getting a bit bored of the same play list. Overall a fantastic holiday and can't wait to return in the autumn.

Good stay. Compromised fooding

Wonderful stay and very polite and helpful staff. All rooms very nice and clean and all modern amenities.. Only issue was that we were vegetarians and food options for pure vegetarian is very minimal.. so for pure vegetarian people, very tough fooding options
