It starts with no communication that there is no minibar in the rooms (not even soft drinks as it is ramadan). Asked to change room and they wasn’t capable to tell me when it can happen and always saying will call back in 5 minutes and never calling back. We forget a médecine in the fridge of the previous room before changing the room. They didn’t put it in a fridge when they found it …!!! They didn’t call us when the found it..!! When we tried to call them to ask if they have found it again we went through (will come back to you in 5 minutes)… and never coming back and we had to insist and go and stay at the reception so they had to insist to contact the lost and found and get it to us… not refrigerated… In general no body answer your calls from the room, neither guest service nor front desk We had systematically call several consecutive times to get someone answering The overall service is very bad We won’t come back to this hotel

Their attentiveness and efficiency were unmatched, ensuring that every request I made was fulfilled promptly. This responsiveness was particularly appreciated during moments when I needed quick service, and never once did I feel overlooked or had to endure long waits. The security at the hotel was also commendable. I felt safe throughout my stay, thanks to their diligent measures and the discreet presence of security personnel. Another aspect of their thoughtful service was the flexibility of the room cleaning schedule. One morning, I forgot to remove the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, and instead of missing the service, the cleaning staff accommodatingly returned in the evening to tidy up the room. Furthermore, the lift attendants at SLS Dubai deserve a special mention for their perpetual courtesy and friendliness. They consistently greeted me with smiles and were quick to assist with the elevator doors, which added a layer of charm to each encounter. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was construction near the hotel which caused me to wake up very early during my stay. Breakfast buffet could've been better. But overall a very nice hotel with nice staff.

I paid an outlandishly high $580 USD deposit, then when I checked out, they told me they couldn’t give me back my deposit because the financial department is closed and they proceeded to tell me that they would wire it to my bank account. They told me it will be back into my account within a couple days. I check out on the 31st. It has been already been over a week and I still haven’t received my deposit.
