Overall good, well rest during the stay. However, there was a minor hiccup at check-in. We were assigned an occupied room and saw another guest's luggage and an unmade bed before we enter the room, though thankfully no one was inside. We immediately went to the front desk, where a second receptionist quickly resolved the issue, realizing the first colleague had given us the wrong room number. This felt unprofessional and raised a security concern, as it made me worry a stranger could accidentally be given access to my room. However, the overall stay was still good. I just hope they are more careful with room assignments in the future.
