A friend of mine in his eighties under difficult circumstances was booked into the Harlow hotel. He has found the staff to be excellent with his treatment and gone beyond the call of duty to make his stay pleasant with special thanks to Brian and Trevor. This hotel comes highly recommended

Dishonestly advertised to be associated with the Accor Hotel group, yet no benefits were gained as the Harlow is "white labelled" - whatever that means. The room heating did not work and neither the bedside lamp.

Better than expected. Room was good, bathroom a little tired looking but on the whole clean and everything worked. Staff were good. Breakfast good. Bar area a little bleak and uncomfortable but otherwise ok.

Had a lovely stay my son loved it the food was great, lovely staff so accommodating from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Looking forward to making it my stop over for all our London trips and stop overs before holidays. I'd really recommend the Harlow Hotel.
