Arrived on a Sunday as I’m on a course, had driven 4 hours to get here and was greeted by a very friendly Yvonne who checked me in and talked me through everything. The room is lovely, clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, I only had cereal but there was a full continental and cooked menu, dinner was also lovely and a varied range on the menu. There is a fitness suite which I didn’t use in the end and ample parking. Fully recommend.

Excellent stay, staff very helpful yuonne on reception was very happy to help and the food is very very good can’t wait to stay here again there is even a pool and suna you can use this is definitely recommended for cost,cleanliness and welcoming staff at hand

The team at this hotel were exceptional. Only to mention few names: Brian who checked us in at night was super friendly and helpful, Yvonne who checked us out was very friendly and breakfast staff accomodated our requests instantly and were just perfect. Not often we come accross such standard of service. Would certainly come back here🥰

Good car park. I can see why they might want to stop non customers using it but it wasn't full so £7 charge seems greedy tbh. Bedroom was nice. Bathroom had a whiffy loo. Very speedy clean up when I mentioned this. The pool a nice but access isn't as straightforward as i hoped. There were 10 steps when I took the ''yes there is a lift' route. ' . And a ladder to get in and out of the pool. My mobility is limited but I thought I would manage. The ladder has some flex in it so it bounced into my leg when I got out and i have a bruise on my shin . I think this is my own fault for not realising and giving up on a swim: not blaming the hotel. But a warning for people of my age and condition. Food was nice. the staff are lovely. The bed was very comfortable indeed. Perfection would be Easier access to the pool, free car park for guests. The loo needs more water in its flush i think but not an expert. Oh and the grab handles are slippy which looks nice but kind of counter purpose.
