I was taking an exam down the street and decided to stay at 21c instead of driving into Lexington the morning of my test. I’m so glad I did. The hotel staff, room, and atmosphere was perfect. I’ll absolutely be back if I’m in the area again!

great location, pleasant staff- but there were some issues with our room

I was expecting much more for the price. The floor in the bathroom appeared dirty and on closer inspection there was paint drops on the tile, which should have been removed. Could not figure out the television and how to stream movies. After discussing the issue with front desk and also the maitenance person- we were told that is was a streaming issue and the wifi just didn't work in some of the rooms. This is really unacceptable for a downtown hotel- if this had been a business trip, I would have been livid. Like I said, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
