I was in room 1506 and the vent in bathroom was so loud and could not be turned off. I asked for it to be checked with no success or feedback. I had to shut bathroom door to sleep. Other than that all was very nice.

We had reserved a 2 night stay but due to some extenuating circumstances, we had to check out after the first night. I was told by the hotel staff that they would be able to reimburse the second night but after returning home following up on that the next week, I was told that it was non-refundable. Very disappointed with the the nonchalance of the front desk staff as well as the customer service to try to get this issue resolved.

We spent one night at 21C in Lexington and were given a nice little room on the fifth floor. The shower had no pressure, the bed had a cheap creaky plastic matress and it was incredibly loud from the street AND from the hallways. The next day we were waiting for the restaurant to open - which was somehow running late, we realized we would be a few minutes late for checkout. When I asked the manager Jordan about an extension he was incredibly rude. I didn’t mind paying the 50$ fee - but it was the officious attitude that he took - interrupting our breakfast to make sure we knew he had charged us and that we would be locked out if we stayed any later than 1 and a whole little tantrum about how busy he was because of Keeneland. There are polite was to get what you want a need from a guest, but that was not the way the 21C team approached the situation. Rather they were combative and passive aggressive. How does a hospitality business not only employ but promote someone as distasteful as Jordan? Ultimately, this is a cute idea for a hotel, poorly executed and with terrible staff. At least the last issue is easily corrected. Hope I don’t see you again, Jordan.
