For the price I would never go back. Would not honor online offer for 1 night free saying not available when we called but the next day posted the same special on FB again & never answered FB message about not honoring it when we called. Only two regular sized pillows on a king sized bed which is odd considering your a luxury hotel. The limited menu at dinner tasted alright but crappy selection for dinner & cocktails. Back to the room for dessert after waking the museum and could not even eat the apple crisp. Looked like applesauce that they forgot to peel & tossed some crumbs on. We choose this upscale experience for our 20th anniversary & would not recommend to anyone. The location & room was nice but that was about it. Our stay was not even worth half of what we paid. We saw reviews saying no coffee in room & restaurant not open until 10am for breakfast which was an inconvenience but doable until we woke & realized restaurant not open on Sundays. COVID cannot be blamed for the lack of effort all around at this location.

Our room had a great view and was very comfortable. As soon as we arrived, I did notice various areas that were not clean. The tables and night stands seemed to have been wiped down with a wet/dirty cloth by the heavy streaks on the furniture. The windows in the bathroom and room had finger prints all over them. The most uncomfortable were the crumbs of food or bread on one of the chairs and on the window seals. I clean for a living so I am very aware of little details, but I did not consider those little details. I understand the people cleaning may not be as detailed as they could be, but I do consider it one of the biggest turn offs when staying in a hotel. If the point and goal is to feel comfortable, I think cleanliness is top of the list. I took pictures of the crumbs and dust on shelves if you would like to see. Again, our stay was good overall. Staff was nice enough. Thank you

The only reason I gave 6 is because I have heard great things about hotel and was excited....only to get to my room with a dirty bed toilet with urine towels on the floor. CLEARLY my room was not cleaned and while we are in the middlebof a pandemic it made me very uncomfortable! They did move my room to 501 and it was very good. But it was not a good starter

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did have to ask for extra items but without daily cleaning that is understood. The heating system is pretty loud so we had to sleep with it off, which was somewhat uncomfortable.

We always stay at the 21c in Lex. We love its location and walking convienience. However the overall "experience" at this particular 21c is lacking. Covid does not help but its not like the 21c in Louisville for instance. The bulding needs some Spunk introduced somehow. It seems old and tired.

I had a most wonderful time in Lexington: the 21c Hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Lexington, close to wonderful restaurants/bars such as the West Main Crafting Co, which I highly recommend. The amenities are great (gym!), although the restaurant was closed the week i was there. The staff was absolutely wonderful from the first to the last minute of my stay: very professional, courteous, and following all COVID regulations. The rooms are great. All in all, I very highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a wonderful rehab of an older bank building in downtown Lexington. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If you don’t valet your automobile, there are several nearby parking garages.

We got to the hotel pretty late, but the front desk gal was very friendly and prompt with getting us checked in. Breakfast was great both days and overall we were very happy with our stay.

This hotel is pretentious for no reason. The staff always needed a hand out to complete the simplest tasks. Above all the room was Extremely Dirty. There were black hairs as I pulled down the sheets. The bathroom had Rat pellets behind the drapery. Please stay somewhere else. Honestly
