Hotel was unique and the artwork was nice. For $400 a night though, you'd think the fridge (former mini bar) would work or we'd at least be told it didn't work...While we understand the current labor issues, the bar/restaurant is only open 5-10p....The location is not great. You can definitely walk to places, but nothing is close...The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly most of the time. Overall not horrible, but just not worth its price

We stayed in the Savoy historic hotel years ago before it was remodeled by 21c hotels. We enjoyed it much better as a historic hotel. The remodel did not do the Savoy justice. The Savoy restaurant was great for breakfast.

Having an art rich experience at the 21c was a treat. The art was well displayed, thought-provoking, and fascinating. The room was compact without being small, clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished.

The staff here was excellent, very friendly and helpful!! Our room was very clean and nice. My wife loved the Nespresso machine. Shower was great size, I’m 6’3 so I always like it when the room I stay in has a shower for taller people. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed, it wasn’t very comfortable and was very noisy, any time one of us would move or get up it would wake the other one up.

Can't think of a thing that could've been done better. Every need and request was quickly addressed. Artwork in galleries was especially provocative; we kept going back and back. Excellent examples of how art is political.

Check-in was quick. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dinner at the bar was delicious and the bar tenders were attentive. I had to leave earlier than anticipated and the staff made that easy and painless. Only reason this was not a 10 wat that the Saturday 7:00 brunch was a bit limited in choices, but it was satisfactory.

Had an amazing experience! Felt extremely Welcome from day one. My only complaint is the water pressure and the drainage issue with the tub. But the staff was top notch, the restaurant was lovely, and the art exhibits We’re spectacular. The vibe is cool and still welcoming

Nice room- but small

The room was nice enough but on the small side. I chose it because it was pet friendly but there was absolutely no green space anywhere near the hotel. I walked 6 blocks and couldn’t find ANY green space. Had to relocate to another hotel. The art was also a bit odd

We felt like celebrities celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted with friendly faces at check in, then walked into a beautiful room with a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Ate dinner at the savoy and was once again treated like royalty - food was delicious and great service. Overall amazing & will definitely be back.

The view of the wall of the adjacent building was a big disappointment. Having to call for clean towels, coffee, and shampoo was irritating.

I enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel, with the museum pieces and statuesque architecture. My husband and I were disappointed to not have some of the perks pictured in the deluxe king room. The robes, ability to use the cooler for food or beverages, and lack of adequate coffee and water were of concern. We did call for more coffee. We had one regular and one decaf (one bottle of water) in a deluxe king room. I would call the room sufficient, but not deluxe. Also, we were very disappointed that the fabulous restaurant and/or bar were not open. We were looking forward to at least having drinks in the bar area. The night desk attendant just barely did her job and didn’t seem very happy about being at her job on Halloween. I understand this and help is difficult to hire at this time. The morning attendant was cheerful and kept a smile on her face while dealing with several check ins asking for things they expected to have at the advertised price for each room. She did inform us that many things had been “taken out of the rooms” at this time. I interpreted that to mean COVID, although the state has lifted many of these restraints. If I had only known we could have requested those yummy robes??? Our trip was for one night only, or perhaps I would have pursued a little more for our price. I looked for many days for just the perfect hotel for our stay, hoping to capitalize on the museum atmosphere and historical architecture. I think I might have chosen elsewhere if I had known what not to expect. The hotel was clean and interesting.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, however we do apologize that your experience was a little lackluster when it came to the details. Unfortunately you are correct, due to the pandemic (to prevent touchpoints in rooms) we have been forced to remove or limit the in room amenities. We are instead providing these on a request basis, and I apologize this was not communicated to you. I will be sure to speak with my team on all of the items you listed so we can correct these errors and offer more streamlined information for guests in the future. The restaurant has similarly suffered, and is open only limited hours during the week for dinner. We truly hope we will be able to reopen full service, but we are dependent on the city regaining business. We do again apologize that your stay lacked the "Wow" factor that we strive to provide for guests, and we hope you will return so we may give you an excellent experience.
