There was an item overlooked by housekeeping in our room prior to us checking in. Once we brought it to their attention, it was quickly remedied with a generous upgrade. We did not ask for that, but appreciated how well we were treated. Because we understand the oversight can happen, but with Covid, it was nice to see they understand it was not to be tolerated. We will be back, and plan to explore all other 21C Hotels. I will highly recommend it to anyone!

Challenging to visit during covid and be without so many familiar amenities. But your front desk staff was tremendously friendly and helpful and ensured we had the small things we needed.

The hotel and corner suite were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. The art gallery was very contemporary and a great addition to the stay.

Starts with the bell man- great job with luggage and car - check was pleasant, always in formative - beds are comfortable - shower is great - soaps and conditioners feel great - my kids love moving the penquins.

We wanted a staycation in the city for the night. The location was perfect. In walking distance to so many good restaurants, jazz bar and River market. Our room was beautiful, checking in and out was such a breeze. The sheets were so nice and bed super comfy. My favorite touch was the robes. Seriously the nicest robe I have ever worn. We will definitely be back, but next time hopefully for the weekend, one night was just not enough :)
