A great old bank building transformed into a great hotel, The staff was friendly and helpful in a place that was otherwise too”hip” for us. We felt very welcomed. The bar was fabulous and the bartenders made it feel like your neighborhood pub.

The location of the hotel along with the exhibit was terrific. I can't say the same for the comfort during our stay. The cleaning crew was consistently late every day -- during the time we we were getting ready for dinner so we could not have our room cleaned during the entire stay. This was very disappointing. Also, our room was next to the elevator and there was a terrible noise every few hours - -this happened throughout the evening and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The front desk team was cordial but not super friendly -- and I would make a note of that as an area for optimization as well.

This was a bad experience. No valets were ever on duty and my husband is disabled so created a rough experience for us parking on the street. No good light in the room. Couldn't cool the room down at all - very hot. Front desk staff very unfriendly. Was grungy, not good artwork. Had to leave after 1 night.

We would have liked access to water and ice! The bathtub was very slippery and the floors were sticky. The service people were friendly.

We loved every minute, thank you for making my wife Mary Rachel Feel so special on her birthday
