Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Hard to sleep due to heating ducts needing cleaned. Awful smell first night. 2nd night was fine. Parking was expensive.

We have stayed at the 21 C Cinci and Nashville many times. We have come to expect attention to detail along with friendly southern hospitality. This trip had only one exception and that was in part due to restrictions from Covid. It took three tries to get an extra pillow and blanket.

While the art, location and one great concierge, Ethan, were attractive and part of the reason for our staying there, it was the spacious rooms that made the hotel experience. I don’t find large hotel rooms often in major cities. It helps. Plus, the comfy beds, high-quality thread count linens, and a very oversized bathroom with perfect amenities.

It was great other than the food menu. It seemed a bit upscale. We was hoping to get a fatty cheese burger or maybe something that would not be in our regular diet. Also the drink menu was not wide range nor was it attractive. But other then that perfect and we would recommend this to any art lover!!

Horrible experience

The electric was wired wrong in our room 817. Couldn’t use the desk light unless the entry light switch was turned on. Got a mini fridge , it was broken. Had to get another one. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and extremely hot. He came to look at it , was told they could fix the temperature but the pressure wouldn’t change. You have to order ice from the front desk, out bucket was dirty at the bottom after the ice melted. The phone didn’t work, could only use it via the speaker on the base that you hang it on. Order an extra robe. The robes brought to us were ripped and rough to the touch. Spent like 800 dollars at your establishment and it definitely was not worth it. It was our anniversary, a little stay-cation in the city and honesty we were just really disappointed.

We appreciated the artwork and the location was great for Blink. As well, we liked the free water. Although, since the brand's mission is to be green, access to filtered water and reusable water bottle seems more in line with being green.The water bottles felt wasteful. We liked the decor in the room but felt it was overpriced for the size.
