We had a great stay at 21 Cincy. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The highlight was the amazing art in the downstairs gallery. Really first rate. It made the whole experience much more interesting.

Staff and service were great. Young gentlemen Manager over at front desk Was very cooperative and upgrading us to a corner suite. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one night and at this point I still have $1100 worth of holds on my debit card. I was charged $850 at check-in and another $350 at checkout. A mistake was made at the hotel, and I was told there wasn’t a thing I could do about it. I would never recommend your hotel, or stay again.

i took my handicapped mother to 21C for two nights. I was very impressed by the staff at the spa who went out of their way to assist us in getting my mom into the spa. she is in a wheelchair so we had to take the back way. I really appreciated the staff at the spa making sure we were able to get into the spa easily. We ate dinner at Metropole and the dinner and service were very good. We ordered breakfast in and i was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. We had to call down for silverware and we were missing parts of our orders. Check in and check out was easy. It would have been nice if the front entrance had handicapped doors. All in all it was a great visit. the bed in the room was probably the most comfortable bed i have slept in at a hotel. Thank you.

I brought a friend from out of town to the best hotel in the city and she was grossed out. Furniture looked like it was peed on. Stained furniture, broken tub, broken phone, luggage not brought to room as was told it would be. I brought rose petals for a bath and the tub was broken. Couldn’t call the front desk. It was so extremely embarrassing. I was humiliated. I didn’t want to make things worse by complaining in front of her.

Well located, but otherwise very basic room with no amenities - not even a bottle of water, no refrigerator, no room service. Oversells off the "museum" aspect and not great on the rooms and amenities.

Very nice and accommodating, the key cards stopped working 15 minutes before checkout and that was extremely inconvenient as we were coming back from brunch and connecting with family to help each other leave. We were there for a wedding. We had to use other guests key cards to help us get to different floors and that was after we finally got an elevator that had room for us.

We stayed in 3 locations on a road trip: Cincinnati Lexington and Louisville- all excellent.! Particularly liked the bars in Lex and Lou, not so much the one in Cincinnati - too long dark noisy and overwhelming smell of cooked food. Rooms were light airy simply furnished but not the best reading lights. Staff in all hotels excellent personable friendly helpful - where do you find such nice people?!

It was my wife an my 10 year anniversary so we wanted to have a staycation. We finalized our decision between a few hotels that had rooftop bars to enjoy the fall weather. However upon check-in we were told it was closed for the 2021 season. So the main reason we selected this venue was a bit ruined. The bed rather uncomfortable. Also, the shower handle was broken and fell off on the floor. I took it to the main desk and gave it to them and it both didn't seem to surprise them or gaina response of any kind like an apology. Finally, the water pressure was insanely high - like it hurt to stand in the shower. Good things: clean, quiet, and we'll located, and friendly staff.

Hi, I stayed at the 21C Cincinnati for one night on 10/3. The hotel is beautiful but the stay was terrible. It started with the room. It looked out in to a brick building. Room 302. No natural sunlight. Couldn't see a street or alley or anything. But the worst part was the shower, which was broken. The shower would only pump out unshowerable hot water. When I called down to ask the front desk for an engineer, she told me that they knew of the problem, there likely wasn't anything they could do, but they would send an engineer up. Now I don't mind that hotels have problems, but how did they knowingly put us in a room that didn't have a functioning shower. And then to top it off, the hotel called a taxi for us for a 5:30a departure. When we got down to the lobby, they told us it was outside. When we got outside, and it wasn't there, they told us that someone else had taken it. So I don't have an interest in staying at this hotel ever again. Quite frankly, I want money back.

Hi Team, Overall we had a great visit but we'd say the stay could've been better. We requested two specific bottles of wine to be delivered upon arrival and they didn't come until we called about it (which it was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday). Then we didn't have many vegan options available with the menu at Metropole offered to us, when we called in advance. And finally, the toilet in our room didn't seem to work well and our housekeeping staff member didn't retrieve the trash from our room (or the room service tray) when cleaning the room so it didn't feel clean overall. The hotel itself and the museum concept was impeccable! We loved the staff, Tara and John at the Front Desk are gems.

Nice rooms. Metropole is good restaurant. Staff friendly. VALET is WAY OVERPRICED > you are parking in a $5 garage just around the corner, but charging $39 / ngt.

The 21c bones are still there but everything else is gone. No way to get a glass of wine to the room before 5. Morning coffee service was sadder than at at Holiday Inn. Weekend brunch options were eggs, toast, avocado toast - and that’s it.

We vacationed in Cincy to view the museums and city sights and thought what a novel way to see contemporary art in the hotel itself! We were not disappointed in the diversity of styles and mediums. The room was very comfortable. Do request maid service as it was not automatic. The bellmen were very responsive to our requests. The web doesn’t mention it has a Nespresso machine! Well Done!

We appreciated the artwork and the location was great for Blink. As well, we liked the free water. Although, since the brand's mission is to be green, access to filtered water and reusable water bottle seems more in line with being green.The water bottles felt wasteful. We liked the decor in the room but felt it was overpriced for the size.
