The Room (Suite) we were afforded was delightful, well laid out and very comfortable. The bed comfort was superb. the 21C staff from the Valet and Front Desk to phone and room service was excellent and friendly!! the overall experience was Top of the Line. The hotel boasts a great reputation and the experience warrants that!!

It's fine

The location is great, the art is great, the staff was lovely, parking was good. The room was nothing special and for the price I expected more. I've stayed at a budget hotel a little further away in Rogers before, and the room was basically the same. The bathroom fan stayed on all the time which was annoying. All the lights switched off unexpectedly one time, when I was in the restroom and that was jarring. Dinner at The Hive was overpriced.
