21c Museum Hotel Louisville

Quite an interesting hotel with extremely helpful staff during my visit. The museum is super interesting and a fun bonus to a business trip. So many quirky find on the property. And such a treat to have fun, interactive staff. Would definitely recommend this if you want something different!

The room was so nice, the bed was very comfortable although a bit small. We're use to a queen bed. The stay was over all very pleasant. we really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is a beautiful, unique gem that is conveniently located to many Louisville attractions. The bath linens and bedding were so comfortable that I checked the tags to see when I could buy them. By far the most comfortable hotel bed we've slept in. Service was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant. We spent only one night passing through Louisville but will definitely stay at the 21c again and highly recommend it.

The stay was very good. Emily was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The only complaint was in re: the valet. It was a slog to drop off or retrieve my car everytime. It certainly wasn’t worth $32/day plus tips for the service provided but we were happy to have half the days removed from our bill at the end. Will stay again.

i was excited when i booked this room to have a romantic getaway with my wife. This turned into quite the opposite once we got into the room and discovered very disturbing books and objects in the display case. This disturbed my wife so much we had to switch rooms because of how uncomfortable she felt staying in there. The front desk was very understanding and helpful in getting us in another room and even stated "Yea, that room is definitely not for everyone". I believe you should describe the room in better detail before some books the room and experiences what we did. Will not be back.
