We thought it was a great spot and we really enjoyed our stay. One issue though you should address: we attempted to valet park our car and it appears no one at the hotel knew how to drive a manual transmission. Our car sat on the road out front all night yet we were still charged a valet fee. Your valets should know how to drive any cars- manual or automatic. Additionally, when we left in the morning there were a number of closed streets due to a race. When we asked the valet how to get out he said “I have no idea” and left it at that. Other than that we had a stellar experience!

When we arrived our bed did not have a top sheet in between the comforter and bottom sheet. We did not have any towels or toiletries. We were able to get toiletries but took two days for them to get our bed remade.

Beautiful, friendly and accommodating staff. Food was beyond expectations in the cafe. The room although nice had some issues: a broken bathtub stopper mechanism as well as a toilet that had broken off of the floor. Minor but thought you all should know. I did mention it to the woman at the front desk.

I stayed at the 21c Museum Hotel in Nashville for two nights for a work trip. The room was great, the food in the restaurant was awesome, and the three floors of art was amazing. I had never stayed at a 21c and thought it would be a cheesy museum experience. The Art was really powerful, and felt transported to the MOMA or some other legit museum experience. One in which I could walk around with a delicious cocktail from the restaurant. Guests should plan 2 hours if they really want to experience the art and read more about the artists and pieces. Great stay and could stay there again.

Our bed was made up properly the two nights we strayed there. We did not have a fitted sheet. What was supposed to be a fitted sheet was a flat sheet placed where the fitted sheet was supposed to be and it wasn’t even tucked in. The maters protector was coming off too since there was no fitted sheet. Besides the bed being made issue we had a great stay.

Expected a spa experience based on online findings. Maybe I missed something. The staff was friendly but felt very rushed. Expected more of a luxury experience.

The first room we were in had fruit flies, and it took two days to switch rooms for the final night - and then that was much better.

The staff at the check in valet and maid service was awesome. The feel of the hotel was off. Not sure if it was the dark hallways or graphic explicit aggressive art but it was off and not pleasant.

My Louis Vuitton luggage was backed over by valet. I am now having to fight with the valet company for compensation!

We were in 21 c on December 25 2020 when the Nashville bombing occurred. We were promised some compensation for our ordeal. Nothing ….. Then on our stay Oct 31 the valet backed over my Louis Vuitton luggage and the valet company is trying to get out of paying for the luggage.

The concierge, or lack thereof, was particularly sad. I asked for help in securing dinner reservations and got directed to websites. They seemed incredibly lazy and unwilling to actually offer up help.

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.

I recently stayed at your property and was very impressed by the quality of food in your restaurant. The service level however in the restaurant was truly outstanding. Erin and David gave us a wealth of information to enjoy our visit. We would never had been able to visit so many fantastic areas without their generous advice.
