The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot spots in town. The art around the hotel is also a nice different touch from other hotel chains. Plus staff was super friendly.

The hotel was very nice. Was in a decent location, but too much construction surrounding it. We had a few minor issues, but overall it was nice.

Really enjoyed my stay - the room was comfortable - loved the large bathroom counter! Lotions and shampoos were great! Lots of outlets which is great! The artwork was amazing and varied!

Staff was friendly. It was difficult to check in at the front desk while the valet was talking about the hotel/location, etc. I missed a few important things when checking in. The location is loud. Our room was right on the party bus route. We had four people in our room and constantly had to request 4 towels, each night. Also, they ran out of hand towels. The blow dryer broke and the bathroom sink didn't drain.

I picked this hotel with the thoughts of room service being available- it was not on a Tuesday night. Feel like I was interrupting whatever the staff was doing that night when I checked in. Finally I get ready to go out for the evening, and room service literally just walks in my room with ice, while I’m in the shower. I know I’m being nit picky but I picked your place over Marriott or the Westin and truly wish I hadn’t.

Our stay was pretty quiet, not too many people walking up and down hallways, and I liked how our room felt kinda secluded. The dark hallways and art installations throughout our floor had me feeling like I was in a David Lynch movie. I could only be so lucky... Hotel staff was extremely friendly, personable and willing to go above and beyond expectations to satisfy any requests. I'd definitely look to stay at another Accor hotel in whatever city I travel to next.

From the point we arrived at the hotel the valet and front desk reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. The artwork throughout the property was interesting and thought provoking. The room was clean. We had a few family members staying in the hotel at the same time and the only disappointment was that they booked through a travel site rather than your web site and had a rate of 50% of what we paid.

Disappointing, shockingly bad bed

The hotel was disappointing. Check-In was seamless, the staff was friendly (the bellhop in particular was super great). The restaurant was disappointing, especially since it isn't open for every meal, every day? You'd think the bar would atleast be open, but nope.Thee food was meh. We had the breakfast burritos. As for the room itself, the bathroom was great. The shower was the highlight. The bed was awful. I've never slept in a hotel that had a mattress pad to disguise how bad the actual mattress is. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin, and of poor quality. The windows were useless, and we're covered up by hideous curtains. The art museum portion was honestly a gimmick. The descriptions on the wall weren't even on plaques and we're stuck on the wall as if they were cheap stickers. It's clear the focus of the hotel was divided between being a hotel and a Musuem, and neither was good as a result. We will not be staying with this brand again.

Walkable to downtown

Friendly staff at location that has good future potential. Current construction on the Main Street connecting it to downtown alienates the hotel. Nicely appointed room, but visible signs of wear were surprising for a relatively new hotel. Received a King room instead of the dual Queen room reserved. interior room with small window was dark, but not as dark as the dimly lit hallways. Overall, above average experience.

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.

I recently stayed at your property and was very impressed by the quality of food in your restaurant. The service level however in the restaurant was truly outstanding. Erin and David gave us a wealth of information to enjoy our visit. We would never had been able to visit so many fantastic areas without their generous advice.

I will definitely pass on your feedback regarding the food to our Chef Rob Newton and his team. They do an amazing job----as an aside keep your eye our for Chef Newton's new cook book that was just released entitled "Seeking the South". And YES! Erin and David are rockstars!!!!
