Our stay was pretty quiet, not too many people walking up and down hallways, and I liked how our room felt kinda secluded. The dark hallways and art installations throughout our floor had me feeling like I was in a David Lynch movie. I could only be so lucky... Hotel staff was extremely friendly, personable and willing to go above and beyond expectations to satisfy any requests. I'd definitely look to stay at another Accor hotel in whatever city I travel to next.

From the point we arrived at the hotel the valet and front desk reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. The artwork throughout the property was interesting and thought provoking. The room was clean. We had a few family members staying in the hotel at the same time and the only disappointment was that they booked through a travel site rather than your web site and had a rate of 50% of what we paid.

Disappointing, shockingly bad bed

The hotel was disappointing. Check-In was seamless, the staff was friendly (the bellhop in particular was super great). The restaurant was disappointing, especially since it isn't open for every meal, every day? You'd think the bar would atleast be open, but nope.Thee food was meh. We had the breakfast burritos. As for the room itself, the bathroom was great. The shower was the highlight. The bed was awful. I've never slept in a hotel that had a mattress pad to disguise how bad the actual mattress is. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin, and of poor quality. The windows were useless, and we're covered up by hideous curtains. The art museum portion was honestly a gimmick. The descriptions on the wall weren't even on plaques and we're stuck on the wall as if they were cheap stickers. It's clear the focus of the hotel was divided between being a hotel and a Musuem, and neither was good as a result. We will not be staying with this brand again.

Walkable to downtown

Friendly staff at location that has good future potential. Current construction on the Main Street connecting it to downtown alienates the hotel. Nicely appointed room, but visible signs of wear were surprising for a relatively new hotel. Received a King room instead of the dual Queen room reserved. interior room with small window was dark, but not as dark as the dimly lit hallways. Overall, above average experience.

What an amazing property! Of course, a property is only as good as its staff, and their staff is top notch! From Dustin, Will, and the BEE ( Best Bellman Ever),Housekeeping, restaurant staff, and Brittany ( front desk)I was so impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help in any way possible. No request was too small. Brittany was the picture of professionalism as she helped navigate my checkout, which was tricky. Gray and Dudley was fantastic. The manager was a total delight and very knowledgeable about their wine list. The art/museum was truly fascinating but don't get me started on the " blue penguins!"LOVED THEM!! I was in town for my daughters wedding and second to that, my stay at your property ,was another highlight of my time in Nashville.

Room service never answered phone for food orders. Left messages and still no call backs. Our room was super dark and small with a tiny window. Mini bar locked- it didn’t open. Bedding was flimsy- one sheet and a super thin comforter. Housekeeping never fully replenished towels- gave us no wash cloths or hand towels on second day. They also didn’t properly replenish the coffee bar- no coffee cups, creamers on 2nd day. I had to leave a note to get more for 3rd day and still no mugs. Bell staff was very helpful and friendly though. Location good.

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.

Comfortable room but for the three of us not enough space, especially with a “roll on”bed. I wish that you had a twin size bedroom available for booking which I would had taken for my son in addition to our two queen size beds.

The front desk was not friendly nor welcoming when I came in for a early check-in. They were not helpful to let me know what was around the hotel to eat or do. They also didn’t inform me that the hotel serviced breakfast nor no charge for the museum.

Friendly staff, nice room, clean. I’d give a 10, but couldn’t turn the coffee pot on. Realized after a bit that it wasn’t plugged in and would have to move furniture to get to a plug.

I stayed at 21c Museum Hotel and used a conference room for a business meeting. The hotel lives up to its name with interesting displays of unique art. The staff was very friendly and the facility was modern and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at your property and was very impressed by the quality of food in your restaurant. The service level however in the restaurant was truly outstanding. Erin and David gave us a wealth of information to enjoy our visit. We would never had been able to visit so many fantastic areas without their generous advice.
