Everyone was super kind and very accommodating! From the women at the front desk to the amazing men that helped us with our bags and opened the doors for us to the amazing staff in the restaurant, everyone literally had the best attitudes and was always so kind. I truly appreciate that especially in this climate and time in history. I had to cut my trip early due to the weather, unfortunately, but the hotel staff accommodated me and helped me to be reimbursed for the day I didn't stay in the hotel. The food was was amazing as well at the hotel. If I had 1 critique I would say that when having events at the hotel restaurant to make sure you still accommodate and provide room service to your hotel guests and not just cater to the people of the event. Other than that everything else was amazing!

Hotel staff was great and room was clean. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. We paid for our food with our debit card. After we left I noticed a transaction from the restaurant that wasn’t ours. It was removed and then I was contacted again asking to pay. How was this second transaction charged to our room and who knew our last name? I am very concerned with who has access to my information. I would like the cameras reviewed and would like this situation resolved. I provided the proof that my actual charge cleared my account. Why am I dealing with this two weeks later?

Great experience, felt very welcomed and the staff was wonderful. We were allowed to check in early and check out late with the storm. The only things I would have changed was to have our room cleaned while there and to have more consistent room service options.

We loved every minute of our stay at 21c. The staff was friendly including the very knowledgeable and friendly bellhop/concierge. We loved all the art. The rooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed Gray and Dudley, the restaurant on site. The location was good and was in walking distance to several restaurants and even Broadway street.

Came for a brief weekend getaway in our hometown. Friendly staff taking wonderful precautions. Hotel walls were thin and heard club music and what may have been snoring from the room above us.

From the moment we pulled up hotel staff was there to help us with our bags and anything we needed. Very welcoming and provided us with a back story on the hotel and information about the city. Fitness center is actual fitness center equipped with dumbbells, pull up rack, peloton bikes and treadmills. We have stayed at a lot of hotels around the country and this staff made us feel more comfortable than anywhere else AAAA+++++++

My wife are local and decided to have a last-minute staycation. After looking at a few options, we saw that 21C had among the best reviews. The staff did not disappoint. For a hotel that is incredibly cool, the staff are so very down to earth, warm, and friendly. We were still in our car when the doorman gave us a warm welcome and came to collect our bags. Lobby staff were super friendly, and our restaurant experience couldn't have been better. We were a bit pandemic-anxious, and the restaurant team went out of their way to make us comfortable. The food was out of this world. Our room was really nice. We had asked for a higher floor for quiet, and the hotel was happy to oblige. The galleries were wonderful, too. We'd definitely come back.

I found the staff to be very friendly, responsive and accommodating. When I called for maintenance and housekeeping, they came to my room almost immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful answering my questions and accommodating my requests.

From the moment steps over the threshold, one is surrounded by art that surprises and challenges the senses. 21C is a hip museum that happens to also be a comfortable hotel. From the elevator to the restrooms, every space offers an unexpected treat. The bed is inviting and the room adorned with whimsical decor, from the purple light around the mirror to fun accent pillows and furnishings. The hotel restaurant offers yet another memorable experience from beautifully presented food to even cotton candy with the check in some locations. We have stayed at 21C in Bentonville, Louisville and now Nashville. The Nashville location is perfectly located just steps from famed Broadway, the Ryman and various music themed attractions. Brandy at the front desk was so accommodating and Greg, who worked the door, provided personal service as if the hotel's resident ambassador. Valet parking was suspended due to Covid precautions, but a code is provided to offer a discount with a garage two doors down. The nice thing is that once parked, there really isn't much need to move the car as you have 3 floors of dynamic art to peruse, a restaurant providing breakfast, lunch and dinner and other attractions just steps away! For us, 21c becomes the destination from which we plan other experiences during our stay! The fact they are offering a Buy One, Get One Free offer is only the icing on the cake!

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Wish the room had more horizontal space for placing articles on and definitely need more space between the bed and the only horizontal space which held the tv and coffeemaker. Bed was very comfortable and liked that there were two types of pillows.

It was nice to be such a short walk from nightlife but still in a quiet spot. Parking was easy to find right next door. The restaurant had a great brunch and the hotel was quick to offer free drink vouchers for eating there.

We spent 3 days at the 21c Nashville. It was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The cocktails and food were delicious. The museum was wonderful! The best part? The staff! Everyone went out of their way to be warm, friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful, the room was nice looking, and the shower was great. The tiny garbage cans with no bags was really annoying. We constantly had garbage around the room. There were not enough dresser drawers for three people and there were no ice machines. For a room this size, there should have been more places to sit. These were minor things, but they were very annoying.
