When we arrived we were promptly met to help with our baggage. We arrived early but there was no issue in checking into our room. The staff was friendly, food was good and hotel was comfortable. Well located close to Broadway.

Overall good experience. Seemed to be short of cleaning staff. Room wasn’t always made up so towels, coffee not always replaced. Some front desk staff friendlier and more helpful than others.

Nice stay; easy check in. The phone in the room didn't connect to the front desk at least three times that I called. The hotel uses too many plastic water bottles. Why don't you just use glass jugs with water / ice and glasses so that people can drink. What was the deal with ice machines not being available to hotel guests? Very strange

One day business trip. I was disappointed that breakfast was not offered prior to 7:30am (not realistic for business travelers) and valet parking did not start until 7:30am either (your internal staff took care of me when I was desperate to get my car and leave). At a minimum, consider offering coffee in the lobby or restaurant in the early mornings if no food service until 7:30am (yes I know it is available in the rooms). A shout out to the gentleman that was the bellman the evening of my stay. He was amazing in all ways. I wish that i would have gotten his name. I called to see if you had almond or another nut milk for my coffee in the morning and he quickly brought it to my room. Unloaded my luggage and gave me directions too. His attitude and energy were off the charts (he was an African American gentleman if you are trying to identify him) and he represented your brand very well.

Nice Place, Nice People, but... no service at all!

Really liked the facility and the location for a stay in downtown Nashville. A couple of big negatives though. You pay so much for this per night and it was a big surprise that you receive no service! Not once did anyone enter the room to make bed, provide towels, replenish supplies, and we stayed for three nights! And there was no advance warning or notice either. So each night you have to go to the desk and ask for a towel at least because nobody serviced the room and you didn't know you had to hang up your towel to reuse. When I asked at the front desk after day 2 they said they have a list of a lot of rooms and people asking so it would be taken care of... but still didn't happen. At 4 pm asked again and after that someone did enter the room to put in new towels, but they didn't do anything else... no coffee or shampoo or empty kleenex replacement or anything. Other big negative was construction noise that began early each morning. Not at the hotel but at an adjacent property so I suppose there is nothing they can do about that, but it was very irritating.

We did a weekend trip with friends to hit up Broadway. This hotel was the perfect location to walk back and forth. The staff was amazing- everyone so sweet and professional.

I found the staff (except for the bellman) to be unfriendly and "annoyed" when approached by a guest. Also, my room did not get cleaned on day and that was disappointed. When I called down for towels, and when they brought them up, they are not folded nicely but all undone....were they clean??? It was just not professional. I paid $400 a night (not including tax) for 4 nights which was INSANE for this quality of hotel.

-Front desk and bellhop were friendly and welcoming -Restaurant host was not helpful and didn’t know when food was being served until -Bar tender very friendly and food was great -the room had past guests lotion under the bed and food still in the fridge that made me feel the room was not cleaned to covid standards.

Stayed at a lot of 21C hotels but this is the first time in Nashville. And the low point of a 21c experience. Room was small. No hair dryer. Coffee machine was unplugged behind the TV and had to chase that down. TV remote was dicey. Nice king bed, but the pillows were foam, small and terrible. For the price, you'd think king size down pillows would be the norm. Nope. And I guess we finally got the last four in the entire hotel after a wild goose chase over the two nights (pun intended). Front desk had no cash change - I guess they expect you to Venmo the car parkers and staff. Room was not cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Covid is past. Guess the staff didn't get that memo. What should we expect for $500/night?

Beautiful hotel, execution is lacking

We stayed for one night with the Romance package. Check in was fast and easy. We were supposed to have a bottle of champagne in our room, but we did not. I called the front desk and asked them to bring it up. It took over an hour for the champagne to be brought up, which was unfortunate as we were supposed to go to dinner at that time. The furniture in the room is lovely, but generally uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not very cold and we didn't trust it for food storage. We had dinner at Dudley & Gray which was good but not exceptional. I think the cocktail menu needs a bit more panache. The carrot salad and hot chicken livers were excellent. We had brunch in the morning and my wife had her mouth burned pretty badly by a latte. The staff was quick to ask how they could help but there wasn't anything to do at that point. Our server said the espresso machine was turned to 200 but I'm curious how hot the milk was frothed at. Overall, we liked the hotel but left wishing that the problems we encountered were prevented. I understand that staffing is a concern for the hotel at the moment, so I'm trying to be understanding with that in mind. But for $700 a night, I expected more.

The hotel is beautiful and the museum's exhibit was great. BUT, despite repeated calls we never had our room cleaned or bedding changed in 3 days. Can honestly say it was the worst service EVER.

It was out first stay at a 21c property, and we were pleasantly surprised at the concept of a museum hotel. The art was interesting and provocative, and the teal penguins completely charming. The hotel location was fantastic and rooms were great. But it was the staff that made the hotel a standout. From the valet staff, the front desk, the restaurant employees, to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and extremely service-oriented.

Thank you for the business and choosing to stay with us at 21c Nashville during your music city adventures. We really appreciate it very much. All the best to you for the holiday season!

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.
