We spent one night and enjoyed out stay. The hotel is beautifully designed in what looked to have been a brick office building or warehouse. Very contemporary, clean lines. Beautiful artwork.

I am never happier than I am while staying at 21c hotels. They are unfailingly stunning and the staff is warm and inviting—Nashville is no exception! Hotel was beautiful! We spent one evening just looking at the exhibits! However, I did notice that nearly every interaction I had with hotel staff seemed a little cold and short. Nobody did anything wrong, but after staying at 5 other hotels that week in other cities, there was a sense of hospitality and warmth that was missing from the staff here.

Paper thin walls, the neighboring suite was so loud it was impossible to get a good rest.

Friday, Jan 7th everything was closed including food delivery. We had no where to get lunch. The head chef kindly took pity on us and prepared some "to go" sandwichs, even though he was short of people and food. Truly, beyond normal experience and very welcome! All the staff were helpful. I was a bit worried by the unencrypted wi fi but hopefully nothing results from using it. Rooms were very quiet. I would definitely return for another visit.

We had such a great time. The staff was so nice and helpful. Had a great time moving the penguins around and the art work was interesting. Dustin, the bell hop, and Jack the bartender were so much fun. All of the staff was wonderful.

Missing usable common area

Everything about the hotel was fine, and while the galleries were a wonderful treat, there was a distinct lack of common area in the hotel. The rooms are quite small, which is fine, but without anywhere to sit and hang out, the hotel felt like it was missing something important.

We chose to stay at 21c Museum Hotel due to dog friendly policy and location. Hotel staff made us and our dogs feel very welcome. Hotel was under-staffed during our stay (between Christmas and New Year's Eve) and it was near impossible to have our bed sheets changed out. Front desk gals were exceptionally polite about it but nonetheless it took asking multiple times to have the bedding changed out once during a 5 night stay. Our room was an interior court room with no windows to the outside - which felt really claustrophobic.

It was out first stay at a 21c property, and we were pleasantly surprised at the concept of a museum hotel. The art was interesting and provocative, and the teal penguins completely charming. The hotel location was fantastic and rooms were great. But it was the staff that made the hotel a standout. From the valet staff, the front desk, the restaurant employees, to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and extremely service-oriented.

Thank you for the business and choosing to stay with us at 21c Nashville during your music city adventures. We really appreciate it very much. All the best to you for the holiday season!

Hotel common space was great, valet staff tremendous, room quality was poor/broken, over priced.

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.

I recently stayed at your property and was very impressed by the quality of food in your restaurant. The service level however in the restaurant was truly outstanding. Erin and David gave us a wealth of information to enjoy our visit. We would never had been able to visit so many fantastic areas without their generous advice.

I will definitely pass on your feedback regarding the food to our Chef Rob Newton and his team. They do an amazing job----as an aside keep your eye our for Chef Newton's new cook book that was just released entitled "Seeking the South". And YES! Erin and David are rockstars!!!!
