The AC didn't work well. My biggest compliant is that I've received two emails to review my stay but no email with my invoice. I had to call and request it. This has put a sour taste in my mouth about what your company cares about. You should make it convenient to have an invoice and not to give a review. There was also NO food in the hotel. No snacks available to purchase, even during lunch when your restaurant is closed.

The sheets on one of the queen beds had not been changed. Disgusting. Really, only one towel and one washcloth per person. What if you are washing your hair. Dark, dreary, scary hallways. We stayed at 21C in Lexington, KY and had a great experience, but we'll never return to the one in Nashville. Total disappointment.

Top notch hotel with a great location with one HUGE ISSUE! I paid hotels.com for my stay and my debit was charged $948.87 for our stay!!!! It’s now 5 days and I’m still waiting on my money to returned to my account. It’s takes 10 seconds for them to get my money and 10 days to return it! COMPLETE BS!!!!!

Well I originally reserved two rooms with two queen beds. And when I got there they did not have those for us and put us in different rooms. Didn’t much appreciate sleeping on a pullout couch for 4 nights. The location was good. The rooms were nice and clean except the refrigerator didn’t work. The service was good. Now I have been overcharged for one of the rooms and I’m waiting for my refund.
