My room was not the best. Marks all over the walls. The cleaning service left a sponge in the toilet. They’re stains on the couch. And stains on the bathroom walls.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights for a mix of business and leisure. I can honestly say that this hotel stay was one of the best I have experienced. The hotel itself is well located, the facilities are great and the staff are simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble! They clearly are passionate about making sure everyone has a great time and everything they need. The little touches like being offered a water while I was waiting for an Uber in the lobby and being able to print a work document for free really do make a difference. Thank you!
