My room was not the best. Marks all over the walls. The cleaning service left a sponge in the toilet. They’re stains on the couch. And stains on the bathroom walls.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights for a mix of business and leisure. I can honestly say that this hotel stay was one of the best I have experienced. The hotel itself is well located, the facilities are great and the staff are simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble! They clearly are passionate about making sure everyone has a great time and everything they need. The little touches like being offered a water while I was waiting for an Uber in the lobby and being able to print a work document for free really do make a difference. Thank you!

My car was broken into while I was staying at the hotel through the valet services you provided. While the hotel employee told the valet people not to part it in the garage they did and it was broken into. Overall there was 3000 worth of damages and stolen items. I have yet to hear back from the valet company. My thoughts are if you hire them to park your guest cars you should be responsible as well and should offer to do something for me for all the trouble I had to go through. One of my co-workers was missing some tiolet items in there room and got several free drinks. After I went and said something to them they finally gave me a couple which does not make up for what I had to go through. It was have been nice for the hotel to take some action and help.

Asked for noon checkout as opposed to 11 am and was told no even though the place wasn't that busy. Parking is ridiculously overpriced at $50 / night. Hotel itself is way overpriced. I ate all my meals at The Hermitage which is a 5-star Hotel down the street. I should have stayed there

This was the 1st stop for my Mom and I on our 42 day cross country road trip and it was a great success. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Dustin was a lifesaver helping with our bags and Jay was so kind to upgrade our room and also help with our bags. The restaurant Gray & Dudley is out of control good. Such fresh ingredients! The beds were super comfortable, AC worked great and bathroom was well equipped. We had a great view as well. Would definitely stay here again. This is the 3rd 21c hotel I’ve stayed at and I’m hooked.

Room was adequate. Coffee maker and iron were both broken and never fixed or replaced during my stay. Night time staff in the restaurant were amazing. Breakfast staff and manager, not so much. I sat for 20 minutes being completely ignored. There were only a hand-full of guest in the dining room. The manager then tried to blame the front desk which was ridiculous.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room and furnishings were very nice. Street noise was atrocious. Every night we were woken by either part buses going down the street or revving vehicles. Part buses should be restricted to streets that do not have hotels, or they should be restricted to operate no later than 9pm. It is a huge problem for Nashville’s downtown. Also, I was very disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 9:30a. That is so late, we were never able to eat at the hotel, despite paying for the breakfast package. They really need to open at 7:30a at the latest.

Awesome place to stay! Had so much fun at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Just one minor thing was our room was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower, dirty cups and the carpet was dirty. Other than that the atmosphere was amazing!

We had some technical difficulties when we arrived on Thursday with the air conditioning. The staff jumped right on the problem and resolved the issues as quick as they could. In particular Greg the doorman and Christensen (I think that was his name) the engineer did everything possible to fix the issues. It is not about will things go wrong because they will it is how the company handles the issues. The people here care about the customers. I will recommend 21C to my friends.

It was out first stay at a 21c property, and we were pleasantly surprised at the concept of a museum hotel. The art was interesting and provocative, and the teal penguins completely charming. The hotel location was fantastic and rooms were great. But it was the staff that made the hotel a standout. From the valet staff, the front desk, the restaurant employees, to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and extremely service-oriented.

Thank you for the business and choosing to stay with us at 21c Nashville during your music city adventures. We really appreciate it very much. All the best to you for the holiday season!

Hotel common space was great, valet staff tremendous, room quality was poor/broken, over priced.

Mold growing in the shower, broken nightstand, broken headboard, broken patio table, broken bathroom mirror. I had to ask to have broken fridge removed from outside our door. Housekeeping staff not following hotel mandate of mask wearing.
