Hotel needs work on two things. 1. Housekeeping, checked into room and noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Had to switch rooms, we should have received a call from the General Manager addressing this. 2. The rooms have poor air circulation. Felt like I was sleeping in a tent while camping. Over priced for the level of service with most staff, especially the front desk. Two employees really stood out and provided excellent service. The head bartender Ginny(?) and the restaurant manager (sorry forgot her name already). The manager was outstanding at her job, be a good idea to hold onto her.

From the moment I made the reservation and dealt with Brittany at the Front Desk, I knew I was in store for a memorable vacation. The customer service on site is spectacular. Attention to details, friendly and thorough. The Manager at Grey and Dudley was exceptional. Attentive bar staff Jen and Michael made savory cocktails and were exceptional in their craft. Everything about 21c screams luxury and uniqueness. The rooftop room views, the art collection and the colorful Front door personnel. It's the personal touches that keep me coming back. Kudos to the entire staff at 21c Nashville. It's rare that the accommodations are qas much of a highlight as with the city entertainment . I LOVE 21c Nashville. Looking forward to my next visit..soon.

Great location, and the gentleman who assisted us with our baggage was top notch--high energy, friendly and charming. The nearness to the music and venues was terrific too. And, the restaurant was accommodating and solid. We attempted to book a spa appt and never heard back from the "spa". Then the front desk looked into it, but it took them another day, and they called finally to say "Sorry, we got nothing" and didn't even really seem to have alternatives even though I said we were flexible. They referred us to spas off the property. Also, the bed was not comfortable and the hallways were essentially dark and the room was humid. Other than the location and the magnificent bell staff, the rest of 21c Nashville left us unimpressed for the price.

We were very excited to stay at this hotel! I booked 4 rooms based on recommendations from locals. Overall it was an ok, so so stay. I booked an artist’s suite but was informed the morning of our arrival it was not available. That’s fine, but my new room also wasn’t yet inspected when I did arrive around 6pm. Our mini fridges were never restocked, and mine had an expired yogurt and a curdled quart of goats milk shoved in it, presumably from a previous guest. The first floor and others smelled like a mixture of natural gas and old carpet. Floor 3 smelled like dogs. It’s an older hotel but I thought the cool factor would make up for any negatives. I think the hotel is short staffed right now. Cleaning staff was delightful when I interacted with them.

Nice hotel. Located near all of the action on Broadway, but far enough away without the traffic and noise. Hot water took quite a while to warm up in the morning. In-room coffee maker did not function correctly. Rooms are a bit tiny and poorly lit (but that was to be expected being a 21c hotel). Hotel staff is extremely helpful and polite. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of the property; staying in an art gallery is pretty unique! However, we were quite disappointed that the on-site restaurant had very limited hours, and that the only fridge in the room was a mini-bar (what about leftovers?) Room comfort was good, although the A/C had a tough time keeping up with Nashville humidity.

Nice accommodations and convenient to downtown. Clean hotel. Customer service was great. Parking is expensive. Restaurant was short staffed.

Had a very short visit and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was impeccable, and every member of staff we met went above and beyond. We were blown away by how kind and engaging Dustin is. He knew EVERYTHING about the hotel and got us settled in quickly and was so friendly!

From check in to check out beyond disappointed! We paid full price to stay, first time in Nashville, beyond excited to stay in hotel, told no cleaning service, 2 elevators to get to our room, when we opened our huge set of curtains it exposed what could be described as a window in a cell block. We requested a room change, with a window/view. We moved all of our own luggage, got to the room, same window, same view. We were told they would clean our room if we requested, I REQUESTED this to 3 individuals, got back the 2nd day, not cleaned. I paid for 3 adults, when I asked for towels we recieved 2 large bath towels. The bathroom sink would not drain, the stopper in the shower would not stay up, we had a wedge a disposable razor in it to keep it open.... there is so much more but I hope you are grasping the general stay we experienced. The gentleman who I delt with said he has been with you for 4 years and has never seen it this bad!!!! That speaks volumes. I have been waiting to post on Expedia and social media until I had more time to digest our stay and not make a knee jerk review.

Tried the hotel for the location and because it was something different. Staff and housekeeping were very very polite and accommodating. The overall feel and look of the hotel is where the my disappointment came. The dark hallways and low lighting made me a bit depressed.

I recently stayed at your property and was very impressed by the quality of food in your restaurant. The service level however in the restaurant was truly outstanding. Erin and David gave us a wealth of information to enjoy our visit. We would never had been able to visit so many fantastic areas without their generous advice.
