Hotel was cool, but my room wasn't serviced, the coffee machine in my room didn't work and my duvet cover had holes in it.

Upon arrival the valet was nowhere to be found. When trying to check out, the valet again was not available and we had to wait for our vehicle. The room was not very clean and the pillows were extremely old and small for a king sized bed. Housekeeping only came once in the 3 nights we stayed and even then it seemed like they only made the bed and took the dirty towels. They even put a used disposable coffee cup back in the cabinet where the coffee maker was. Most of the hotel staff we encountered were not very inviting and didn’t even acknowledge we existed. Tried one evening to get towels sent up to the room and had to call from our personal phone because the front desk wouldn’t answer the call from the room phone. They then brought us 3 shower floor mats instead of towels. The on-site food options were virtually unavailable during normal hours and did not see an on-site convenience store or vending options. We had to use DoorDash to have drinks in the room. The only positive of this hotel is the location to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Would not stay here again.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying here last week and had a great experience! Greg was very helpful with parking and luggage, the folks at the front desk were very informative and efficient. Our room was beautiful and clean. 100% would stay here again!

Great location, decent stay

Stay here was fine but nothing to rave about. Booked last minute for a work trip as this was one of the only options within a reasonable price range. It is very conveniently located along a quieter street but still centralized and walking distance to downtown. Our room wasn’t the cleanest; felt outdated, floors in the room and bathroom were dirty (recommend having slippers), the heat/A/C unit was malfunctioning, and we had to wipe down all surfaces for additional measure. Reception folks were very kind and attentive though and tried their best with what they could assist with. Appreciated the art gallery open to hotel and restaurant guests inside - minus the freaky life sized penguins which guests would move around the dimly lit halls along the hallway and sometimes you would find looming pointed towards your door….
