When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was no longer available and that my colleague and I would have to stay in a king room with a roll away bed, even though I booked a two queen room. I responded that we needed two beds and the hotel staff person said that we could have an “out of order” room. Unacceptable!

If you show up before the 4pm check in time and your room is ready, you can check in FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Just knowing my room is sitting there clean and they wont let me in until they extort more money is not a good feeling. I'd rather pay more for the room and not get feed to death.

All my needs were met.

Bed was very comfortable, I worked out everyday and sat in the steam room, coffee was good, and the feel of the hotel was good.

We stayed there for our weekend wedding. The hotel and our room was beautiful! Everything we needed for our photos and space. However, we felt we weren’t accommodated to our wedding amenities as promised. My husband had to call for our champagne and chef’s dessert around 7pm to have it in our room for 10pm. We came back to nothing. Then we waited 2 hours for someone to bring it…also room temp champagne. Then we were told we could have a late check out that next morning and that no one would bother us. We received a phone call AND knocking out our door asking us when we were going to check out (30 minutes before we were able to check out). We were already so exhausted and underwhelmed we just wanted to check out and leave. Once again beautifully hotel and upgraded suite was lovely…but poor communication all around and we just didn’t feel special for what we paid.

Great room. Wish room service was available more. More blankets and pillows would be nice. Would be good to be able to access HDMI ports so that we could connect a Roku stick.

We came to see a concert (which the venue happened to be just a stroll around the corner) and found are brief stay to be the perfect location. Parking was cheap and very easy, the hotel was quiet, the art work was a bonus, the restaurant downstairs was top notch and the staff was friendly!

Nice Hotel, but doesn't meet 21C Expectations

We checked in to find our room had been upgraded. SCORE! Everyone at the front desk during the course of our stay was nice. We spent two nights in a lightwell room. It was very spacious. The light was such a cool feature, though it comes at the cost of a window. The decor was a bit stark, but couldn't tell if that was a design choice for art's sake, so it was cool. We visited each floor to see the art and enjoyed the gallery on the first floor. Didn't get to eat at the restaurant this time, as they were closed when we checked in. My major complaint was the amount of hair in the room. The carpet was very plush and pet and human hair was all over the entire space, including the bathroom. Judging by the colors and textures...multiple animals and multiple humans. It was hard to see because of the color of the flooring, but was stuck to our socks and clothes and luggage over the course of our stay. It honestly, made me feel like the room had not been cleaned at all, let alone cleaned properly, which is particularly disheartening considering the current state of the pandemic, but also because I expect so much from this brand. The last 21C we stayed at was probably the cleanest hotel we've been to...this one did not compare. If the hotel insists on being friendly, it should at least be cleaned like animals have been present.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good, art was interesting. Rooms are large and kind of sterile - hallways have a post apocalyptic vibe. Bed was ridiculously, uncomfortably soft. Elevators all smelled like skunk weed. If you get a good deal, say 50% of the regular rate, might be ok, but definitely not worth the full price we paid for a last minute booking. Didn't try the restaurant or bar, but $18 for that breakfast? Please.

Short stay. Checked in around 9 pm and checked out before 9 am. Overall, stay was fine; frustrating there was no parking available or a clear backup plan in place.

My wife and I stay at 21C often. We took our 13 year old grandson on a road trip from LA to Louisville and wanted him to experience 21C. He loved the fact that the Utah Jazz team was spending the night there too, but the hotel closed off many gallery spaces to visitors because of this. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, although room service was an option. We went to City and State for dinner and loved it. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay, but unable to enjoy the entire experience of a stay at 21C, we were disappointed.

My wife and I were in town for the Keep Oklahoma Beautiful Banquet and needed a place to stay. The 21C hotel was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. Our Anniversary was Monday and the hotel is close enough to bricktown and many fine dining places to allow us to enjoy our "anniversary" weekend in style.

The museum and the artwork were really cool. However, it would’ve been nice to have more than one person checking people in. The hotel was lovely and very unique, but once you got up to the floors where the rooms are, the hallway was very poorly lit and had an extremely strong odor of marijuana all evening long. Our whole entire floor smelled like we were being hotboxed and suffocated with the smell. It was a very strong overpowering odor. It wasn’t pleasant. The room is very unique, but also very poorly lit and since the walls are made of concrete it was extremely echoey and we were woken up several times during the night due to all the sounds. Overall the stay was fine, but doubt I would return and doubt I would recommend.

This is the most unique property I've ever stayed in! It was very easy to find, there was two hour parking out front and reasonably priced over night parking across the street. The rooms were spacious with a boatload of room in the bed, seating and closet area. The showroom was also large. The mattress was a too soft for our spines and the lighting needs improvement. The light over the sofa was way too dim to be able to read. Other than that, it was a great stay!
