I arrived later at night and had an easy time checking in/out. I used the work out facilities which I enjoyed, checked out the art, and ordered some quick food to take back up to my room. I loved the lighting in the room and the beautiful architecture of the whole building. The constant art was surreal, enchanting, and inspiring. It was definitely a wonderful experience.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my time and my visit to 21C Museum in Oklahoma City may truly have been one of the best hotels I’ve been at in a very long time. The location is very easy to get to. The hotel is meticulously clean in the lobby, hallways and room. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help us find a good place walk our dog and eat dinner. The room…. I don’t even know where to start. The room was HUGE and extremely well laid out. It has a modern vibe and very high ceilings. The building used to be a Ford Motor production facility so the room had a modern, loft, fun vibe to it. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was beautiful and walk-in style. It was so large that they put a tub inside the walk in shower and you still had a wonderful amount of space. The artwork in the building was really interesting. I will definitely return here!

We stayed at 21c for 2 nights in Jan 2022. We have stayed at most of the higher end hotels in OKC area and from our initial check-in we were reminded why 21c is still our favorite OKC hotel for a "staycation". After a minor issue with a previous stay, we were upgraded to a luxury loft suite. We felt that this was definitely above and beyond after the issue was already taken care of, but it was a very nice surprise. We have stayed in most other room options at 21c but never this luxury loft suite. It was HUGE with two entire walls were windows stretching to the tall ceilings. The bathroom came with a large soaking tub in the shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the nespresso machine and the separate sitting area. The staff was very accommodating to any needs we had and helpful with dinner reservations and recommendations. It is always fun to take a stroll through the museum to see all of the different exhibitions going on. We did not eat at Mary Eddys this stay, but enjoyed some drinks from the bar. The restaurant was busy and looks like it has grown since our last stay. Thank you again to everyone involved in making our stay special. We will be returning.

Stayed for 3 nights. Emailed a 5 days before if you’d charge me the lower rate that was now advertised on your website but no response to the email and charged me the “old (higher) price)” Room wasn’t cleaned once and had to ask for more towels, coffee and toilet paper Saw a lady who’s dog pee’d on the carpet and she told the staff. Nothing was done about it in the next 30 mins Was given vouchers for a breakfast, but the kitchen is closed on one of the days

Loved the hotel but needed access to art that was roped off for a party that didn’t even happen during our stay. Second, don’t offer breakfast when it’s out in a lobby. Needs to be in a restaurant. Very awkward. We got breakfast refunded and went somewhere else

The hotel and staff were great. The bathroom trash had public hair and nail clippings in it but the rest of the room was thankfully clean. Location is great.

There were two of us in the room overnight with a dog. Arrived a bit late and left by 1 the next day. We were doing some work and on a leisure trip.

We had requested a room with a soaking tub and we didn't get it. Also, when we checked in the person told us we had reserved a room but they "didn't have a room for us" and it was a whole thing and we had to wait while they figured it out. I love 21c and will certainly be back - but we also just wanted to order breakfast in bed via room service but were told there was no breakfast room service, just continental. Seems a little off for a 21c?

Beautiful rooms and location. However, it didn't have a hairdryer available in the bathroom which is the first time I've come across a boutique hotel not including one. Breakfast options were also very limited. There was a makeshift breakfast bar in the lobby which was disappointing given the restaurant space available in the hotel and the $18 charge per person.

We've stayed at this hotel previously and as always it was GREAT...! The all.accore.com website & phone system is absolute garbage so call the local number if you need to talk to hotel staff.

The room was not very clean, and the food of the old restaurant ( 2 years ago) was much more creative and testy. The art is fantastic but a lot of the pieces were there 2 years ago…

This is the most unique property I've ever stayed in! It was very easy to find, there was two hour parking out front and reasonably priced over night parking across the street. The rooms were spacious with a boatload of room in the bed, seating and closet area. The showroom was also large. The mattress was a too soft for our spines and the lighting needs improvement. The light over the sofa was way too dim to be able to read. Other than that, it was a great stay!
