Hotel is a very cool concept although it needs a bit of a refresh, in particular the hotel bedding. The staff was great.

Everything was great. When I had issues booking online I called the front desk and they took care of me no problems. Everyone was friendly and room was great. Nice bathroom( I always look for nice bathrooms at hotels). Comfortable beds. We had to stay while some family was in the hospital so we didn’t get to experience the full museum. Brief stay but great staff.

I planned a quick 1 day outing with a friend and this location was perfectly located to provide a variety of fine dining locations and centrally located to all of our events. The hotel was beautiful and appropriately artsy! The restaurant and hotel staff were super professional and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay at the other locations!

We travel with dogs and this hotel couldn't be more welcoming or perfect after 10 hours on the road.

There was a band playing loudly in the alley next to the hotel and was quite loud in our room!!! I think stopped at 11:30 pm. We had a baby in the room whom we moved to the bathroom.

I love the vast open spaces at this hotel. Being an old auto factory, the ceilings are so high and the hallways are wider than your room. As always, the art at 21c is one of my fav reasons to stay and the environmental themed exhibit (in the middle of oil country) does not disappoint.

I found it very odd that our room had no soap, no ice bucket, and no menu for room service. Also, the so-called public parking across the street was closed to the public one of the days of our stay.

See above. The spaces are beautiful; the rooms are comfortable and quiet. That said, I should not have had to depend on the kindness of a staff member to book a taxi for an early flight. Hotels should provide this service as part of the package. And I was surprised to find on arriving back in my room on Wednesday 4th at 9.30 that the remains of my 8am breakfast were still there. I don't need my room "serviced" or my towels changed but there needs to be a basic follow up to room service.

When we arrived our reservations had been entered separately. Fortunately they were finally found. Took 20-30 minutes. There was no soap in the room. Had to go to front desk to get some. For our inconvenience we were offered free breakfast. We had a great breakfast at no charge. When we got home found we had been charged for them. Had to call and charges were removed. Not a good experience. Have been to Bentonville 21C and it was great.

We had a lovely stay at the 21c in OKC. We had an issue with our dog getting sick on the bedding. House keeping came out in a matter of minutes to change the bedding. Thanks!! Our food at Mary Eddys was delicious!

Every staff member we interacted with was highly courteous and very helpful. Parking was a breeze and so cheap! The museum itself was so unique and the accommodations were top-notch. But the true hit was the food options right next door and around the corner. We had dinner at The Jones Assembly, nightcaps at Mary Eddy's, and breakfast at The Stitch Cafe, and OH MY GOODNESS each place knocked it out of the park. Would definitely love to return.

No food after 10!

Not really a four-star hotel, just four-star prices. Food service exists ONLY WHEN PROFITABLE FOR THE HOTEL. On Saturday after the Philharmonic we had to order Domino’s. Optional room service doesn’t work well, as there are few towels.
