Not great. For as much as it cost I could have stayed closer to bricktown in a nicer hotel. The amenities were okay and museum part of it was less than exciting. Not much art to see. Mostly it felt like a ghost town . I valeted for $28 per night which is ridiculous since I am paying for a room already. I called 20 minutes prior to us wanting to leave as instructed to get my car. When we came down 25 minutes later my car was not there and no one knew where it was. It had been mistagged. No one said sorry our I apologize for the inconveinence. Myst happen a lot. Our room was not cleaned and when I mentioned it at check out I got a blank stare. Clearly no one really cares.

We stayed in one of the luxury suites. Very nice with lots of room. We didn't understand one of the rooms however. It kind of looked like a media room but was just a couch in a closet. We just shut the doors to it since we couldnt understand its purpose.

Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful and kind. My room was clean and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was during the night, even though it's in a busier area.

Stayed there for 3 nights to attend a workshop at the OKC Zoo. It was incredibly comfortable and fancy compared to what I can usually afford. Thank you for establishing a relationship with your hometown zoo. :)

The hotel itself is very interesting. Lots of amazing artwork all over. The room we had was large and comfortable. We had our little dog with us. Nice that it's a pet friendly hotel. Outdoor areas for taking your pets near the hotel for their 'business' is limited. Some landscaping, but mostly across the street. The hotel's location was great. This hotel is probably not too good for more than a day or two to stay. There is a good mix of different places to eat close by. There could be improvement in the following areas: 1. Parking. The only parking at the hotel itself are a few temporary loading zone spaces in front of the building. So, no long-term parking at the hotel. There is a parking garage across the street which costs $5 every time you put your vehicle in there. The hotel website says it's $5 per day. Well, that's only if you don't go anywhere in your vehicle. If you take it out to go somewhere and come back to the hotel to park, you will be charged $5. 2. Clean floors. Though our room was clean where the hard floor was in the bathroom, we noticed debris in the carpet. We also noticed the floor out in the hallway, the elevator and the lobby had spillage and debris and it was there several days. We stayed at the hotel 4 days. 3. Garbage cans. I don't know what this hotel has against garbage cans. The ones in the room (there were 2 of them that were tiny. If you get takeout and eat in your room, there's nowhere to throw out your trash. There are no cans in the hallway, or down in the lobby. The only trash can is outside the hotel and down the street half a block where the bus stop is. 4. Breakfast. Was limited and expensive, $18 per person. Except for the high end restaurant on the premises, there was no dining area to speak of. There was a portable cooking station and a small tables and stools set up in different areas of the lobby depending on what events are going on. Only eggs, sausage and bacon and some fruit and waffles. No cereals hot or cold or any other breakfast options. What makes this hotel really shine in our view are the people who work here. They are mostly young people and they are incredible!! Attentive, professional, accommodating, warm and friendly, they are what makes this hotel so pleasant. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us! :-)

This is the most unique property I've ever stayed in! It was very easy to find, there was two hour parking out front and reasonably priced over night parking across the street. The rooms were spacious with a boatload of room in the bed, seating and closet area. The showroom was also large. The mattress was a too soft for our spines and the lighting needs improvement. The light over the sofa was way too dim to be able to read. Other than that, it was a great stay!
