21c Museum Hotel Chicago

Used Hotwire to book so didn’t know initially where I would be staying except River North. Was pleasantly surprised when I got the booking. Staff were friendly on arrival, location was great for all the things we had planned, short walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The bar in the hotel is fabulous and stocks Leatherbe gin which is definitely worth a try. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Only downside is the bedside clocks were reading the wrong time. Good news about the clock is it wirelessly charges which is great as the outlets are in the opposite side of the room. All things considered would recommend staying here and would book again.

Nice boutique hotel. The art was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the restaurant (The Lure Fishbar) for dinner. I got a chance to try Branzino for the first time and it was REALLY good. Special shout out to my man Jose holding down the valet parking bellhop duties. He was super personable and helpful. Give that man a raise. Great stay at 21C!

The lobby is literally a museum. There's a great bar in the lobby. There's an espresso maker in every room. The prices are affordable and the staff is really nice. Plus, centrally located. What else could you possibly need?

Was in town for business, loved Lure Fish Bar on in the lobby, super elegant but casual enough for drinks or snacks. The staff at the hotel were so nice and helpful, really professional. The room was enormous (suite), clean, and nice. Incredibly central location for our purposes. Would stay again.

Had a great experience at 21c. My second stay here, usually come for the NRA show every year. Loved the reusable water bottles, as an accor member got an upgraded room, which made the experience that much better. Service was great, bed was comfortable and really enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel. Will be back again next year!
