We arrived early, and were wondering if we could get early check in. Francisco and Emily were SO kind and accommodating. Truly, they made the check in process such a breeze. The room itself is wonderful and has already made my trip here so exciting.

Asked for a quiet room. Was put on a high floor to reduce street noise. Unfortunately it was opposite the elevators and electrical/mechanical closet so I heard noise all day and night. Location is great and rooms are comfortable. Lobby gets crowded and lines at the elevators make this hotel experience feel less than pleasant sometimes.

Good front door staff, but cleaning needs help

We came when there was a wedding in the hotel so the museum was closed in the evening. The bath tub had a soap ring clearly around the tub that hadn’t been washed. Besides the noise in the hallway from 12:30 -3am we liked the room.
