How do you rate service that goes far beyond expectations? I will do my best to express my sincere gratitude. My visit to San Isidro, Peru was not for leisure, but due to a family emergency that resulted in the passing of my brother. During such a difficult time, the staff at Manto MGallery Lima treated us with the utmost respect, compassion, and discretion, which meant more than words can express. The entire front desk team, Miguel, Shirley, Jesus, Marcos, and Braulio, provided the highest level of service I have ever experienced. Every request, question, and suggestion was handled with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, along with the Room Service which was very prompt and efficient as well. We also enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the hotel, and every dish we selected was excellent. My husband, who previously did not care for a Pisco Sour, absolutely loved the ones prepared at the bar and now considers it one of his favorite drinks. It truly felt as though there was nothing the hotel staff could not or would not do to ensure their guests were comfortable. I even overheard other guests commenting on how exceptional the service was, which confirmed that our experience was not unique. I will wholeheartedly recommend Manto MGallery Lima to my family and friends. Thank you for transforming an incredibly difficult family situation into a comforting and pleasant stay under the circumstances. Your kindness and care will never be forgotten.

A few things I’ve noticed that could be improved. I usually reserve for two people yet I only get one pair of sleepers, one water and one coffee pod. The coffee pod is offered only one per day which I think is too little. A few pods per day should be more acceptable. Lately, I been feeling the hotel is cutting on these items. The hotel lacks smart TV’s. Almost all hotels now are switching to smart TV’s so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc.
