Stayed four nights September 2024. Room adequate in size but dark and overshadowed with trees. Comfy bed and spacious shower with rainbow head. This flooded on the first morning so had to report to reception and the drain was later unblocked. Room was cold on arrival and had to ask reception how to increase, also had to ask breakfast times and venue as no information provided on arrival, there was no telephone in the room so this meant a walk each time. Reception staff very helpful.

- email interactions very good, quick reply, very polite and helpful with my questions 10/10 - check in process not good, room was not ready at 3pm and had just travelled internationally for 35+ hours. Was falling asleep on the couch until a new room was provided (had to provide a different room as my room was still not ready by 3:40pm) - room was great, clean and met my needs - breakfast buffet good - dinner average, ordered room service and my nachos were cold and there was a sticker in my meal. Dinner at the hotel itself was also cold/stale pizza base

Overnight stay was good. Breakfast - really good. I attended a presentation where food was provided during the day. The food was excellent and tea/coffee available all day. We were well looked after
